This company is not a scam like i stated before but they are just super slow!
Made an order for 330 euros Reference ATUEORJCZ -- placed on 29-12-2018 .Never got it!
Called 20 times at least NO answers.
They contacted me somewhere in middle of january and told me next week we will send it...its been a month since than i havent recieved anything and they wont answer my mails after it.

After all that above we had a bit more of back and forward and i got my stuff finaly.

I have ordered items for 75$ from their website on 4/02/2019 and the order have never been prepared or sent since that date. They do not answer by e-mail. By viewing reviews here, i think that we are all victims of fraud. That's why i suggest to launch a class action against this suspicious company in Spain. Please join this facebook group "Subprof.com victims" and expose your problem to appoint a lawyer together to launch a class action in Spain and get back our money.

I invite the managers of this company to react and to try to find a friendly solution before we launch the class action.

i made an order on the 29/01/2019
and they say payment accepted but till now i have not revived any tracking number and i see that alot of other people didnt get them orders
worte them and called them but no answer till now .
not good at all .

I Placed order #RKFXHWYQW with Subprof. They took my money on 7/29/18. I heard nothing for months. Finally they said they didn't have verification of payment. I sent them proof of payment and they said they would notify when item shipped. Then they came back and said it wasn't available till 11/2018. I said fine I would wait. It is now 2/9/2019 and not only have I not received my order, that was the last time they communicated with me. I have messaged them 10 times since and no response. Please do not waste your money with them.

I have order and payed items before ten days since then nothing happend and they dont answered on mails or phone fraud

One day after posting here they contacted me the items will be send in about one week.
i will keep you all informed.
So now 2 stars, maby more if they do like they say....

Goods never arrived, and seller does not answer calls or mail.

Luckily I paid with PayPal and got the money back today so I hope that PayPal terminates the cooperation with these SCAMMERS.......

Absolutly unprofessional, first i paid for express delivery and had to wait two weeks, then i tried to send the articel back and didn´t got any information how to do it. They jut waisted my times, never again!!!!

Order was delivered with big delay. No answer when tried to contact by phone or email.

I placed an order over 3 months ago. First reported that not all products are in stock. At the moment the order is sent ( after 3 months). If they were always answering my letters, I wouldn't worry. But they haven't answered for over a month. Wrote only when the parcel was sent. I suggest they are fulfilling their obligations, but for a very long time. Be prepared that they will not respond to you for a month and two months and three months.

Order not delivered. No answer to emails and never available by phone. A claim through payment provider is in progress. Same company as Paranautica Parapesca or Parabuceo...

This company is a fraud, take care. I pay and never send the items and don't answer mail or phone.

Please, Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not send you the stuff. They do not answer emails. If they send me my stuff I might put another review on here but at the moment they are just to responding to me. Disgraceful.

they are cheating people! given some orders and paid, but no actions no answers..

I placed an order worth 300€ over a month ago. They have not shipped anything yet and I can’t get hold of the customer service. They don’t reply on the messages through thier site, Facebook or mail - and they don’t pick up on the phone either.

Never buy from this shop.

Ordered 1200Euro worth of stuff and no shipping and no resposnse

They’re absolutely disgusting. I ve been trying to reach out to them with lots of emails about my order but they never replied. I placed an order and I got a shipment notification 2 weeks later!!!! The package is nowhere to be found. You should close your little shop you’re an absolute disgrace. I ll be chasing it up with my bank but you useless Subprof won’t keep even a cent from my money.

Disgusting experience. Order placed in June received in August with items missing. Does not reply to emails. Only after resorting to paypal was order sent with missing items and no refund for the latter. I saw that others also had same experience.

I ordered wetsuit as it was available on their website in size I needed. They charged me, but after they said that they don't have size I ordered. Ok, happens. They did refund and I waiting for money 11 days already. Support phone provided on their webpage is never available. Dropped several messages - no feedback. My general advise - try to avoid making orders from Spanish or Italian web stores otherwise loose your time and money.

nothing about my order for more than a month. no one replies to mails or phone calls.

Horrible service, doesn't ship on time, does not have products on stock, does not respond at all to client emails and messages, its hard to call them by phone.

I even have a cancelled order where in over 2 weeks later they have still to refund me!

Stay away from this shop!
