Beware Consumer !!! Very low quality work and high prices…
Very low quality work and high prices quoted, not on time and warranties are not respected. Looks like the company is only interested in robbing the clients. I have spent 11 laks in January 2020 and all the woodwork is falling apart. All the 5 stars are given by employees who are paid to give 5 starts. Company owner Mr. Vijay is very crafty and Ms. Jyothi is a disgrace.
I am approaching consumer court and would appreciate other clients similarly cheated to approach me
In Google Review, the owner Mr. Vijay LakshmiNarayana is lying. He is not honoring 5 year warranty.
Owner is lying once again, Not even once did he recommend anything against the wood. They hire the cheapest carpenters and there is no quality at all. See the picture where the door is falling apart. This has nothing to do with wood - everything to do with craftmanship. They don't care, only want their money. Very very bad culture and attitude. They claimed 'Honesty is their religion' as their logo last year, but mainly seems like dishonesty is more important to them.
They lose employees at an alarming rate and the employees they assign as designers do not even give designs to them. That is how good their communication is.
