Had a couple of orders with them with both pre-order products and normal stuff. Shipped well and safely.

I pre-ordered merchandise from SKZ Fan Meeting. I knew it would take a few months before I would get the merchandise. SubK said they would email once items are ready to ship to confirm address. THEY NEVER SENT THAT EMAIL. I had to move residences in the meantime, and despite emailing them at all the different email addresses I’m aware of how to contact them to provide them my new address, today I just got an email saying the package is on the way and here’s the tracking info. Of course it’s being sent to the wrong address! And none of the emails I sent is still being responded to!

Received my order a couple of days ago and it was missing the poster that was supposed to come with the pre-order. I’ve emailed them twice about it and nobody has responded. Non existent customer service.
Next time I’d rather buy from my local K-pop store or any other site. Will never buy from again! Buyer beware!

I ordered an album that had everything but the music included in the package and customer service was non-existent. By far the worst experience I’ve had among all the different options for k-pop related purchases.

i've ordered multiple things off of subk, a lot of stuff for my collection. i've had a very good experience so far. shipping isn't too pricey, although i've had a missing photocard come with my billlie bracelet i ordered a while back. honestly, that was my only problem. i recently downloaded norton's safe search web browser on my computer, and they labelled it as cautious. i'm curious if anybody has had any problems with the website itself?

I use to by all my kpop stuff from here, but my last 2 experiences were awful.
One being their customer service. I had ordered a product and hadn't recieved it yet, and couldn't fine my email. I sent a question email about the product, just asking if they knew when the ETA was, as I couldn't find my email, with the information.
The person who replied back was extremely rude, to the point I haven't purchased from them since.
I use cokodive now. A little more expensive, but they have excellent customer service. 👌

I've only ever had the absolute best experiences with SubK Shop! The order process is quick and easy, there's a good selection of items available, and items are shipped in a timely manner, wrapped securely, and they use sturdy, nice quality boxes, too (random flex, but it's appreciated so much!). I trust SubK Shop to deliver the best. I'd recommend them.

I ordered p1harmony break out album, at first I was very suspicious since it was my first time buying an album online but I have read tiktok comments on how everything went well for them well the comments were right it came BEAUTIFULLY PACKAGED, it was packaged so well with bubble rap and brown paper on top. It even came with a cute sticker saying “bias wreaked club” lol, I live in California and it came in 4 DAYS Im very happy I Will be ordering from there again.

They shipped us an item and we did not receive it. The address was confirmed correct but they simply told us to order again and pay the shipping a second time.

I bought a THE BOYZ THRILL RIDE album back in August 29, 2021. It came safe and sound in a box and had bubble wrap and a (kind of) hard plastic around the album, such great protection and came in about a week ( I'm in BROOKLYN ) . I recommend. I am ordering a MAVERICK album from SUBKSHOP, So, I hope I get the same experience I have gotten before as soon as the doom ver, restocks.
