Thanks for this — and no, you're not imagining the speed. Median processing times have dropped sharply over the past year: a one-hour recording that used to take around half an hour now finishes in under ten minutes.
Cantonese is the one we push hardest on. We benchmark speech models continuously and route each job to whichever performs best for that language, so Cantonese keeps improving instead of being stuck with one vendor's model.

Been using Subanana for 2 years, their transcription is accruate and the editing tool is easy to use. As a content creator based in Hong Kong, I have tried plenty of other subtitling tool, but their Cantonese to Written Chinese transcription is by far the best. Recommended!
