One of the worst support teams ever
One of the worst support teams ever. The app freezes almost every hour since I downloaded it.
My IPTV provider told me to reinstall the app and use an Ethernet cable. When I did that, the MAC address changed, so my lifetime activation disappeared even though I already paid. I didn’t know the MAC address would change when switching from WiFi to Ethernet.
I contacted support and asked them to move my subscription to the new MAC address, which they did.
Today the app froze again, so I reinstalled it—this time using WiFi. The MAC address went back to the old one. I was confused, so I asked support to switch the subscription back.
Instead of helping, the support agent said things like “are you kidding me?” and “is this a game,” basically implying I was trying to scam him.
Absolutely pathetic service. Keep your 5 dollars—I’m sure you need it with that disgusting attitude.
