Ordered a pair of boots. Paid for a pair of boots. Have received no boots, and no response to any of my repeated attempts to contact them for information. Would give negative stars if that were an option.

Absolutely awful. Everything is tatty rubbish nothing like advertised. It’s total con. Overpriced and delivery takes forever. No communication when you have a problem. Should be shut down

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Stylsure. I have waited weeks for delivery of my sweater and writing to the firm has not produced a response.,I think Facebook should be alerted to the disgraceful way this firm treats customers.

Took a long time to receive even after numerous messages as to where my parcel was.
When it did arrive, totally different looking product. Ordered a cardigan in brownish colours. Received a blue bonded material shirt/blouse. Company listed as American but returns, which you pay for are to China.

All I can say is that I was scammed a few years ago, by possibly the same company, as these companies keep changing names. I always look them up on Trust Pilot, also, I put messages up telling potential customers to look them up before buying. I've often reported companies advertising on Facebook, to try to ban these scamming Chinese companies.

Absolutely pathetic service. They based in China and make you pay your own return postage which is more than the cost of the shoes.

Bought a pair of all weather all terrain boots, advertised on Facebook. They arrived late, were poorly made and a basic rubber molded boot, a tight fit that is very difficult to get my feet into. When I asked to return them, I would have to pay postage back to China and insurance. To return these poor quality boots it would cost more than I paid for them. Stylishoe is a rip off.

I ordered a beautiful ladies cardigan that was advertised on there page on Facebook I waited 1 month before delivery . It was £27 . I was excited to receive my parcel . When I opened it the item was nothing like description . What came was a man’s shirt nothing at all like what I order. The only thing that resembled the jumper was the colour and that was faded . The fabric was cheap and nasty . But this was not at all what I ordered . I tried to email them 6 times to find out how to return for a refund .no response from the company . I have now contacted my credit card company to help me get a refund . WARNING Do not buy from this company .

Do yourself a favour and read the other reviews and avoid buying anything from these scammers. I wish I had.
I ordered a pair of UK 10 short wellies for muddy dog walks etc. When they eventually came 20 days later they were about the same size as a size UK 8. I shall donate them to someone with the right size feet.

They advertised a buckskin suede jacket reduced from £50 to £30. A number of reviews commented on the quality of the real suede leather and standard of workmanship. Sound to good to be true…..and it was!!
When it arrived it was 100% polyester as per the label. When I complained I was told to return it via tracked mail to China for a refund when they confirm receipt. As I’ve now discovered it will cost me £26 to return it. Having made them aware they just said that’s their policy and offered me a 30% discount of my next purchase!!! Like I’m ever going to buy anything from them again!! Item is going in the bin!! Absolute scammers. Do not go near!

Very poor quality jacket and the shoes I ordered in my husbands size were too small. It costs a lot of money to return items and I wasn't convinced I would get my refund so Facebook market place for them.

These scammer took payment for a pair of boots, then cancelled my order the next day. Customer service is none existent, said they would refund me initially but now not responding to any support requests and no sign of a refund or the goods I orders. Avoid these scamming B'stards!!!!!

The item arrived today should be a sweater.but is more like a blouse.shocking quality nothing like photographs.very dissapointed as feel robbed because of returns policy paying postage to China for this is an insult to customer services.

What an absolute con. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a plaid sweater online and waited over 3 weeks for it to arrive. What I received was a nasty polyester shirt version which I will never wear. I emailed them and surprise surprise no response. I imagine, like many others on here, that if I get a response it will be to return it at my expense which I clearly will not do, due to the cost. They know this and will simply continue to ship nasty cheap versions of what they advertise. Avoid this company at all costs - I cannot believe they are allowed to continue trading; it is a disgrace

Mis-sold goods. Bought a 'suede/leather' jacket. 3.5 weeks later a 95% polyester and 5% cotton thing that i might just blow my nose in without putting a hole through it arrived.
Same experience as many others, goods have to be returned - to China - for a refund to be considered. A complete rip off. Why didnt i review them on Trustpilot 1st.

They should be closed down and those who run it banned from business. One big fraudulent con with regards to the product photo and actual product that arrives. No customer service, no replies, no method of return. Spread the word

The company delivered shoes that were the incorrect size. They were £25 or so. They said, in accordance with their return policy, that I could return the shoes is to China at my expense. The delivery would be more than the shoes. Furthermore this is not compliant with the consumer goods act 2015 where it states a seller must bear the costs of return where they have delivered the wrong item but they refuse to acknowledge that.

Avoid at ALL cost poor quality products and no UK return address
