Customer care pas bien

I placed an order on February 21st....all products available...paid for express shipping with insurance and to date the package has not yet arrived....the inefficient customer service always responds with the same sentences...they can't explain the reason for the huge delay...plus if you ask them then refund me or give me a voucher they don't respond to you....they are terrible

i think website is a scam

i think this website is a scam - i tried to order 2 times. the 1st time they cancelled my order after like 2 months of waiting (at least i got a refund). the 2nd time my payment did not went through and when i tried to replace the order the gift which was added into my order of course disappeared - well in the end i think i am greatful not to spend this much money on this website. what i do not understand my sister ordered from them and never had any problem - perhaps it depends on your location (she lives in a different country)
all and all i recommend yesstyle way more reliable never had any problem with them, i will stick to them after 2 fails attems with this one.

Scam artists…

Under no circumstances use this company! I purchased 5 bottles of suncream (which arrived late), on first use of one of them the bottle exploded. I emailed with photos and revived a response to say as it was 48 hours after delivery they weren’t going to do anything - if it had been months or years since delivery I would understand but it was just over 2 weeks. Terrible customer service. They are scam artists.

VERY SLOW DELIVERY

Ordered items ten days ago that were supposed to be in stock, and they have only just shipped! I've since ordered items from Just My Look and Look Fantastic that arrived within 48 hours. I will never order from Stylvena again and really wish I'd seen the bad reviews before I did this time.

Fraudsters!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received.
After waiting over two months, my order has still not been delivered. I have now been informed by Evri that the parcel is being returned to the sender, which is completely unacceptable given the length of time that has already passed.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, your customer service team has only provided generic apologies and has failed to address my clear request for a refund.
As a result, I have raised a formal fraud claim with my bank, as I now have serious concerns regarding the legitimacy of this transaction.
Shame on you.

Great way to give away free money

I placed an order on Feb 20. As of today (10 Apr) still hasn't arrived and they refuse to refund me. I can see from the tracking that their courier said the item was damaged and returned it to sender. But apparently they are still "investigating" and won't refund me til they're done.

EDIT: It's now end of April and they're still sending me emails saying they're "investigating" and waiting to hear back from their courier. So either their courier is shit and they refuse to take responsibility for that choice of contractor. Or it's all just lies to avoid a refund.

Slow but worth it.

Delivery is super slow but the prices and selection are amazing. You have to plan ahead though as it took over a month for me to receive my items. I still use them regularly despite this. Never had to use customer service so can’t comment on that.

You have to be patient.

Seeing all the bad reviews had me regretting my order but I was patient and it arrived today - everything is great, I’m so happy with it all!! I ordered on 24th March and it all arrived on 8th April - not too bad considering it was coming overseas (to UK). One star deducted because communication during the shipping process could be improved but I will order from Stylevana again and hopefully my experience will be the same again!

Fraudulent Practice

Fraudulent Practice - Account Locked & Fake Out-of-Stock

This has been a nightmare shopping experience. I placed my order on March 15, and immediately after, my account was locked. I have been unable to log in or even reset my password, and customer service has failed to provide any effective solution.
The deception regarding stock is even worse:
1. After purchasing, I was told the items were out of stock and wouldn't be available until April 15.
2. On April 5, I received another email claiming the items were still unavailable and a refund would be issued.
3. However, these exact products are still listed as "In Stock" and available for purchase on their website right now. This is a clear fraudulent practice—advertising stock they don't have and holding customer funds while blocking account access. I have kept screenshots of every single step and communication. I will be reporting this deceptive business practice to the relevant consumer protection authorities. Every step of their process is riddled with issues. Stay away.

Very disappointed with Stylevana

My order took far longer than the delivery timeframe the company advertised. Because I work away on trips, by the time the parcel finally arrived, I had already left that location and could not receive my products.

I contacted the company several times asking about my order and hoping for support, but I received no real help. Instead, I was told that because I reported the issue after 14 days, they would not assist due to company policy. Their response was:

“Additionally, as the case was reported beyond 14 working days as per the company policy. We understand how disappointing this news can be, and we want to assure you that we took your concerns seriously. Unfortunately, based on the available evidence and our policies, there is nothing further we can do at this moment.”

This was extremely frustrating and unfair, especially when the delay was already far beyond what they had promised. Poor delivery, poor customer service, and no accountability.

⚠️ DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE – SERIOUS CONCERNS ABOUT PRODUCT QUALITY AND ORIGIN

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this website.
My experience has been extremely disappointing. First, the delivery took almost one month, which is completely unacceptable and already raises concerns about where the products are actually shipped from.
I ordered a SkinCeuticals Vitamin C serum, a premium product that is supposed to be carefully stored and delivered quickly. However, what I received was clearly oxidized upon arrival (darkened color), which makes the product ineffective and unusable.
When I contacted customer service, their response was shocking. They refused any refund or commercial gesture and claimed that Vitamin C serums can come in “different colors” — which is misleading. An oxidized serum is a defective product, especially at this price level.
Additionally, the products appear to be shipped from Hong Kong, which raises serious concerns about:
storage conditions (heat exposure during transport)
product freshness
sourcing and authenticity
Given the long shipping time + oxidized product, this clearly suggests poor handling and questionable supply chains.
Summary:
❌ Extremely long delivery (1 month)
❌ Defective product (oxidized Vitamin C)
❌ Unhelpful and misleading customer service
❌ Serious doubts about product origin and quality

I will never order from this site again and strongly recommend others to stay away.
I must add that the support was contacted several times and no solution whatsoever was provided.

They sent me 14 brown mascaras instead…

They sent me 14 brown mascaras instead of black. I assume this is due to packaging looking similar and it being in Japanese, and Stylevana is based in HK so it makes sense to not be able to immediately read the colour shown. Had they made it a better experience, I wouldn't be so upset. I reached out on the day I picked up the package from the post office (3/2/2026) alongside a video of me unboxing the package. I provided all the information they requested once they got back to me. This was a lengthy process as they kept "approving" the return but then asking for more photos so they could "further investigate". They sent Fedex to come pick up the wrong items, and promised a refund once the items were collected. They later changed it to a refund once they received the return package at their HK warehouse. They've had the items for 8 days now, as return tracking shows that it was delivered and signed for on 3/31/26. I've now had to escalate it to PayPal as they said they needed to investigate and "check" ONCE AGAIN when I followed up telling them they still have my money and have their items back. Please stay far, far away from this company. There's a reason the prices are so cheap.

EDIT: Lol I like the generic reply. Customer support has since ghosted me after receiving their returned items back. Still no refund. Nice try saving face, Stylevana!

Great experience

I ordered two products then read reviews and thought i had made a mistake.
In all most of the problems where delivery, most say the products seemed genuine.
I ordered on the 28th march shipped the 30th march and delivery 7th April and Monday was Easter. One product had a QR code that took me to a genuine product certificate. All products sealed like i have seen from other Korean skincare products. All in all great experience.

Poor

I purchased 3 boxes of SPF, a brand I have used many times before. However what I received was not that. The packaging looked like my product, but had a very strong menthol scent - not the fragrance free product I am used to. I suspect the products were not real.

I provided images, batch numbers etc and it took weeks for their customer team to respond and said it was my problem. In the end I had to raise a dispute with Paypal.

I would exercise caution buying from this company - or avoid.

Very happy with the service

Very happy with the service. I was very concerned reading the comments here from missing parcels to not contact from the website. I had the exact opposite experience.Ordered 21st of March and received 2nd of April in Greece. I had a tracking number provided in my email once the parcel was shipped.

I have been waiting for a refund since…

I have been waiting for a refund since 4th February and it is now 6th April. This is completely unacceptable. I have already provided proof from the Post Office confirming the item was returned to them, yet they continue to delay.

Their latest response was:
“After verification with the courier, as the matter is still under investigation, we are unable to offer any voucher or refund. Therefore, please wait for the investigation to be completed.”

This is not a reasonable response after over two months. I do not want a voucher, I want my money back.

The lack of accountability and the repeated delays show very poor customer service. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
