Buying is ok but when they send a wrong…
Buying is ok but when they send a wrong item to you , then you have to pay postage to send it back , then they say it takes 14 days in transit for them to receive the item .
After the 14 days they then give it to the return department to see if it has arrived , then if it has which they won’t confirm if they have received it it takes another 3/5 days to see if they are going to pay a refund, now they want proof of return postage which is done on there web site at a cost of £2.99 on Hermes
How do they think it takes 14 days to return an item ???? When it states 2day delivery back to them
Have now contacted my credit card company for them to get a refund
They have no phone lines working as they are still working from home another excuse for Covid
Disgusting company when they have to return money quick to take it stear clear of this company

Amazing Customer Service
I have recently placed an order and chose the next day express delivery. As i placed the order on Friday night i was not sure how long it will take it to arive so i contancred customer service expecting the general cold responce. However, the customer service is anazing and beyound expectations. The products that i ordered are great quality, price and really beautiful. There is nothing more you can want as a customer. Definetly will purchase from them again.
