MasterStudy LMS has my vote!
I've been using their Masterstudy LMS software for several years. It has a lot of great features that you can turn on/off. I chose to buy the lifetime license and have no regrets. They provide regular updates.
Plus the support has been great. Usually a fix or advice provided within 24 hours.
