It’s been more than a month that I bought my product and still nothing in the mail. I have sent 2 emails and no answer. I gave them enough time to ship my product. Now I will call my credit card company to reverse the payment … I don’t have other option

Buyers beware!!! I bought a serum and cream , I got it with old and moldy smell. When I sent my complaints, I was told , they will not refund nor replace products they sold with old , moldy smell period. Tough for buyers.

Don't buy from STYLEKOREAN.
No matter how much cosmetics are discounted, it is said that they are not responsible for selling products with three months left until the expiration date. I ordered more than 700 dollars in six months from this company.
I ordered at least 150 dollars at a time, but I can't use all the products as soon as I receive them, and even if I do, how can I use them all in 3 months?
The customer service is really bad, too
It was really troublesome to get a refund for other damaged products.

Fake Products (Laneige) also products are not made to be sell in Europe (COSRX) and they dont wanna receive the products back. The guy called Sam its useless (no help at all)
If you do amazon be carefull they will block your account

who else experienced scam with this company?I registered for the wholesale account, got approved and got transferred to a girl named Christine Lee. I've been talking to her for months before finally making an order as I saw Stylekorean got reviews from YouTube, instagram etc. I requested to make a small order for my pre-launch photography products which she said it was fine just need to send money, so I did..2 days later I kept emailing and she finally replied with you need to spend at least $2000, which I did send right after. a week went by with me emailing her everyday with no answer, a week went by she finally replied and said I talked to the warehouse team and you need to make at least $5000 USD purchase. I was desperate at this point, to start my business so I did. Turns out she said her email got hacked ( but she was still able to use the email???) and they cannot do anything for me and it is not their fault...She refused to let me talk to anyone other than herself, I reached out to the company social media accounts and still nothing, no one replied to me. I even bought Skype Credit to call them it was really sketchy. This is my first small business and already got scammed is not a nice feeling especially with Covid struggling to make money for myself and my new born. I can't believe there are people like this on this earth

Don’t do it! I guess I should’ve known better. If you’re thinking it’s too good to be true, it probably is. Bought Dr. Jart+ products that I already owned. Packaging looks legit, but the product is so different. Texture, smell. So disappointed.

Took advantage of some amazing sales & placed my order over the weekend & just received it - took 4 days & I'm so incredibly happy. Given my order I also received a generous Neogen trial kit & other samples. Items wrapped tightly in bubble wrap, packaged perfectly & I gotta say I'm impressed. Even with the pandemic this order got here faster than an Amazon order I placed the same day (still waiting but had no idea that an order from South Korea would get here faster).

$80 for free shipping & I bought more than I needed right now to hit the $80 but with the sale prices it was very worth it - add to that the quick shipping & packaging I'm really glad I did. I only wish they carried Klairs & Iunik but they carry most major brands + a few I never heard of so with the sale I thought it'd be a great time to branch out. Happy customer & absolutely highly recommend.

I’ve placed 3 orders with Stylekorean. My first order was probably stolen, but I wasn’t sure, so I followed up with DHL and Stylekorean. Unlike Stylevana, Stylekorean assisted.

In contrast to Stylevana, Stylekorean’s packages arrive about a week after they are shipped. They also provide clear tracking. I will continue to purchase through them. If they start selling Hada Labo and a couple of other brands, I won’t bother with any other companies because they generally have what I need and at a fair price after comparison shopping.

All items cheaper (especially when on sale), also received freebies (with min order) ... and free delivery with DHL (with min order).
Item arrived without issue ... will definitely buy again.

I am in love with this website. I ordered a bunch of skincare and beauty products which are cheaper during the sale. I also had a lot of cute samples going along in the package. Most surprisingly, my order arrived in 10 days (which is amazinggg) because they shipped it from Korea to US. My package is packed nicely and carefully. I will come back to order more in the future. Highly recommend.

This website does not work. It chooses the language for you. It appears to me as russian even though i do not live in Russia nor speak it. Website totally lacks any kind of language possibility and is scaring customers away. Customer service also does not help you.

So, why to keep that from you- I just adore shopping at international stores! Aliexpress, IHERB, Ebay, Cosmetic-love is a true success and joy to receive packages from abroad with interesting and rare goods, vitamins and cosmetics, which we simply can not find on sale. With Korean cosmetics it is still more interesting - it seems to be in our country, the assortment of our shops simply captures the spirit, but the PRICES ... And it is cheaper and a very wide assortment here - there are both, the giants of Korean cosmetics (such as Mizon, Holika Holika, The SAEM), and less well-known brands, for example, 3W Clinic (cosmetics which I met earlier only on Ebey). Delivery is going off right on schedule, no negative impressions left this store.
