The message below was the email I received after almost a year that I requested for a refund and cancellation, because I did not receive the product that I paid for.. As per your support that you don't process refund so I need to cancel the card that I used for the transaction, it is so much hassle as I need to pay for a new card reissuance.

I'm going to look at the Lumi collection now and she has offered to be available to me for questions after even though we've been connected for over an hour and a half. I've been a little confused on how to navigate your site and she has helped me a great deal.
