They like to take your money and disappear. I ordered an item in October 2025. They gladly
took my money at the time of order. After months of hounding them about the item, they replied it was “going to be back in stock next week” in April 2026. It’s now June 2026. They are great at ignoring emails asking for updates. Don’t expect customer service or the item you paid for.
Ordered an item - never received after several months - no reply to email, instagram messages or WhatsApp- very poor
I have placed an order November 25. Nothing received to today. Customer support is ignoring all my e-mails. No follow up was sent to me. No tracking info - nothing.
They took my money and disappeared.
