Good pre-sale support. Damaged and not the lowest price
Very good pre-sale support, friendly contact via WhatsApp.
However, the scooter came in with the Griptape damaged, something that's not great when you give the step / scooter as a gift to an 8 year old. Especially because it's not a scratch, but something that I expect to get worse when touched / used.
I've received the remark that the goods are shipped etc. which makes it common that goods get damaged. I could get a 5 EUR discount (which is less than 5%). Accepted it and touched it up by a permanent marker and "varnish" to prevent it from getting worse. (It already took over a week, and my son really wanted to use the scooter by then).
In addition, they advertise with a cheapest price guarantee. The Scooter I ordered was cheaper at other websites. However, when I raised this, it was stated that I didn't receive the scooter that was advertised and that I ordered (which I can confirm, it has another griptape design) but a newer version which would justify the price difference.

To be honest, I have no clue about Scooters, so I'm pretty surprised that griptape is that cheap and apparently so easily to be replaced.

Wat jammer om te horen dat uw ervaring niet volledig aan uw verwachtingen voldoet. De stuntstep die u heeft ontvangen is inderdaad een nieuwer model dan de variant die u bij andere aanbieders heeft gezien. Dit nieuwste model heeft een ander griptape-design en een vernieuwd deck, specifiek ontworpen voor 2025.
Wat betreft de beschadiging, we begrijpen dat dit vervelend is. Daarom hebben we u een compensatie van €5,- aangeboden, aangezien de griptape nog goed bruikbaar is. Een nieuwe griptape kost gemiddeld tussen de €4,- en €10,-, waardoor u de huidige griptape nog kunt gebruiken totdat deze slijt en met de compensatie een nieuwe kunt aanschaffen.
