I ordered that anti gravity mug 30 days ago. Their quick to take money out of your account. I keep looking at tracking and it still says being processed in China. Numerous emails sent and their only reply is I'm sorry, please check myself at local p.office
Bought their waterproof case for a family vacation. Waterproof case failed and my iPhone 6 was severely damaged and it was a complete loss. Been trying for 2 months to work with these people and have followed their instructions with the notion that they would be responsible to pay my phone replacement. To my surprise after I proved through video twice that the waterproof case I got was defective, I received an email that due to their policy only the case $29 would be refunded and they will not pay the cost of replacement of my phone. I've sent several emails trying to get them to re consider but they basically are ignoring my request and give same answer. I am just appalled by their lack of customer service and product guarantee. Do not buy from this company!

I ordered a magnetic charging cable with Stuffinsta 3 weeks ago. The cable looks cool and it works perfectly. If I could post a video here, I would. But I can't now. However, it works great!
I ordered a phone lead from these guys and although the guy claims to have sent it, it has not been recieved and refuse to send another one. They cannot produce a signature as they are falsly claimeing it has beeen recieved. Please avoid this company there are lots of other reviews about this shambolic customer service onlie which I wish I had read before ordering
