This company advertises jobs that do not exist and do it to harvest all a person personal data and career jobs and then sell them. It violates the Data Protection Act and the Information Commissioners Office is acting against it illegal practices .
When this review was posted on trust pilot, Study smarter had an email sent to me and with it a email address that does not exist , to reply to.
The ICO can act against these types of companies that engage in harvesting personal data

Fake data-scraping website posting jobs…
Fake data-scraping website posting jobs which do not exist. They have posted a job vacancy at my company which is not authorised or live. I have serious concerns about how they may be harvesting data about potential job applicants interested in roles that do not exist.
Study Smarter claims on other reviews to post jobs from "by official partner companies" - do not believe this. They have posted vacancies from our company which do not exist, have not contacted our company and for sure are not partners with us. This is a lie.

Listing old jobs that have closed and been filled.
Get your personal details off your CV
Then if you create an account with them for further adverts, they will take your details ie: email address and password along with your other details found on your CV and try and make fraudulent bank accounts/payments. Access your emails, try and access your Google wallet ect ect....
This has happened to me personally, all within a few days of signing up, along with the 100s of other adverts they send and scam calls you get!!
I have reported them
There site should be taken down, disgusting people behind this. Tying to scam innocent people looking for a job!!!

Posting expired jobs to get your data
I've come across two jobs now that didn't actually exist. One at BIMM London and one at ICMP London. They advertise jobs that are no longer live in order to get your data/details. I was suspicious after I received no confirmation of one of the applications. Then I looked into it more and discovered both jobs had expired. I know people from both universities so can prove this. Absolute scammers

Fake and nonexistent jobs
They are flooding Google with advertisements for unavailable jobs which have been filled months or even years ago. The listings look convincing because they're real jobs, but they're just not open anymore!
