I have applied for a job vacancy as…

I have applied for a university tutor job vacancy in UK as a resident in Italy, but I have to tell that the way they treated such application process is simply disgusting...

That (still opened) job vacancy has strict requirements of academic qualifications and experience required by the employer. Although I grreatly meet all such requirements, they sent me and email less than 24 hours after the application, communicating that "after careful revision of my resume, they decided to not go further with the application process"...

Such email communication Is signed by a hunan operator, but It looks written by a bot Indeed, I replied to the email and asked the "human" operator to give me a reason or clarification why my application was rejected so quickly, but I got no answer... They just totally ignored my email, and my resume as well.

The truth is just that (as llke many other UK job agencies) they don't want to receive applications from jobseekers located outside UK, who are not allowed to work in UK without a working visa.
If you don't want to sponsor anyone for a working visa, then why don't you explain that clearly? Foreign jobseekers - expecially those highly qualified - don't like to waste time, you know?

Applied for position at Study Group

I applied for a remote proofreader position. The interview was 15 detailed questions I had to answer and return. They sent an offer letter the next day stating I would be sent a check for the equipment. Instead of them sending the equipment, I have to purchase which is a huge red flag. This is a scam job. Beware of Study Group, they are scammers seems like.

This is a scam, they wont give you CAS…

This company collected £9560 tuition deposit from me. I fulfilled all the requirements, filled countless forms, passed credibility test, called my mum's account a fraudulent account, then at the final point after all checks, CAS deadline passed and they stopped communicating.
Naturally, I requested for a refund but they told me they will withhold $260 for what i still dont know.
This is a scam, imagine collecting money, dont issue CAS and make free £260 from thousands of International students?

Avoid Study Group

We used Study Group UK to enroll International Foundation Course at University of Surrey and regretted it big time. We received an offer and we accepted as well as paid the security deposit of GBP 1260. Unfortunately, due to change in family circumstances, we withdrawn our application and inform Study Group promptly i.e. 8 weeks before the course started. Study Group refused to return our security deposit claiming that as per their policy, they will return the money after 90 days. However, in the refund policy there is no such thing as 90 days. 90 days applies if student completes the course and university checks whether student damaged university property while studying, which make sense. In our case, we never attended the university and informed Study Group way in advance. We have been chasing Study Group namely Jason Hong over and over with no luck. The telephone number they provide rings but they dont answer. Multiple times they hang up as soon as they heard refund policy. I found the staff very unprofessional and rude. Study Group is company with the purpose of attracting international students to multiple UK universities. Their objective is to attract as many students as they can and earn commission, nothing else. Once they get what they need which is money, you are on your own. I would not recommend Study Group at all!

BE AWARE of what they say!!!!!!

Had the worst ever experience. This company (MECSTUDY group) has mislead a couple of students stating they offer scholarships in the UK for all their progression years of study. Apparently it puts them there and receives their commission from university and suddenly disappears from the picture as if they haven’t done anything wrong. When you start your studies in the UK you will be shocked with the amount of money that you will have to pay. BE AWARE of Study Group. They are terrible and untrustworthy don’t rely on what they say.

Dishonest and hilarious company management

I am a student in one of the university international colleges run by this company. Originally, they charge me £344.00 for an insurance fee. After I pay all the fees, they return the insurance fee 4 months later without noticing me. And they even increase the price. I am extremely disappointed with that. The insurance had begun when the moment I pay for it, it is not reasonable to refund me and also raise the price. I feel like being scammed as I have no choice but to use this insurance provided by this company.

When I try to make things clear with the staff, I can feel the company management is totally chaos, it is hilarious to see an "education company" try to earn money in this way.
