Great platform

Very intuitive and less overwhelming than a lot of other interfaces I have used so far. I really like the essay grading feature because it provides feedback in a digestible manner that allows for meaningful alterations to my papers.

It always seems to cut off half the…

It always seems to cut off half the content .PDF's that i upload. It will show that I have uploaded the entire PDF, and will let me view it, but will only show 50% in the AI generated section and only provide questions/answers on the half its decided to analyze.

Can't upload long formatted videos..

Can't upload long formatted videos... How am I supposed to study multiple hour long classes if I can't even upload a video that's 2 hours long? Every class I have is over 2 hours long... If I knew this was going to be an issue I would have never paid for a full year. I don't want a refund... I want you to get it together with the upload format... Makes no sense to promote yourself as a college study AI app when you don't allow longer videos to be uploaded...

I love this program

I love this program. very helpful and saves lots of time as a student with lots of different study methods available however I would like the program to give me a full set of notes based on my documents that I provide it. It has only given me notes until a certain section of my document then it stops. this is the only problem I have come across so far.

STAY AWAY! TERRIBLE

STAY AWAY!! Won't let you cancel, cannot login, emailed customer service four times and they keep saying login and of course I cannot. Does this make them Thieves?
