Ordered and paid for an iPad case on 9 December and got no confirmation email and have contacted on their contact me page multiple times with zero response. No idea whether gift will arrive for Christmas. Not confident due to lack of confirmation, customer service and reviews below

No update on order
I ordered a phone case nearly two weeks ago, to be a Christmas present, and I have received ZERO updates about its location and I have no option to track it.
I would sincerely like a refund so I can order the case from a better company OR some genuine reassurance or proof that it has been shipped and is en-route.

No dispatch, no communication
UPDATE: Don’t be deceived by the reply given below, that tracking number isn’t mine, it’s for a parcel delivered to someone by a different name at a different address!
Ordered 2x iPhone cases from this site one week ago and still no notification of dispatch (and not marked as dispatched on their website) wish I read all of these similar poor reviews/experiences before I ordered as I now won’t have them in time for our holiday. Again similar to others I’ve emailed but had no response. Order elsewhere!

Paid £4 delivery 10 days after they received the money i go back on the website and it says order confirmed. Do not go near this company with a barge pole. Scamming people

Great service
I ordered the wrong size phone case (completely my fault) and Carly responded to my email very promptly. The replacement case was sent by special delivery so that it arrived in time for my husband's birthday, which was much appreciated.
ordered an ipad child protector 5 days…
ordered an ipad child protector 5 days ago and their despatch is supposed to be 1-2 days. I have not heard anything even though I have emailed. The money has been taken straight away but no despatch of goods.

Excellent customer service
Excellent service! I ordered the wrong case and contacted the company, who were extremely helpful in helping me return the case for the correct one. Would highly recommend the company. The phone case is very nice and I look forward to getting the one that is for my phone. Many thanks guys.
So far it’s very poor
So far it’s very poor. Ordered iPad cover on the 14th November. Absolutely no feedback to emails sent.
Opted against Amazon but feeling like I’ve made the wrong decision

Given wrong item and refusal to send original product I ordered.
I never complain but I’m so annoyed with the service I’ve been given. I received the wrong size screen protector for my iPhone 15 pro. Upon communicating this with Studioshake support and providing evidence of wrong size, they are just refusing to send me another one.
Very disappointed that I didn’t receive the product that I paid for and customer support was not helpful. It caused me unnecessary stress and as someone that works in customer service, if I made a mistake then I would replace and give compensation.
I literally have no reason to lie however I was made to feel like I was lying about a screen protector.
The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the only phone case is nice but also took 2 weeks to arrive. Won’t be buying through this company again.

Impossible to contact them on their 'customer service site' . No reply to emails, no phone number to ring and no reply on their website customer page despite me paying them with paypal.
Will it arrive? has it been posted? Is this a scam?

Wish customer was kept informed
My order for an i-phone case was confirmed and paid for on 1st November. I was surprised at no firm delivery date and no notice of despatch. However, it arrived safe and sound on 11th November.

No dispatch, no information
I ordered an iPad case from them and 1 week later I have received no information about dispatch or processing, only an initial confirmation and the money gone from my account. Where is the order? How hard is it to send a parcel or at least keep the customer updated? My guess is I have been scammed, I'd change the review if not but time is running out. If it's scam I'll find out how to report the company somewhere.

No sign of my order
UPDATED - Still no response after contacting them. This company is a scam. Do not buy. I will be taking action to get a refund.
I have wait for the aforementioned 5 - 7 business days for delivery (placed order on 13th August), and yet I still don't have my order. There is no change to the order status except my delivery is being processed. Sure, they have my money - it's just I'd expect my order as means of a transaction. I have emailed regarding the issue so waiting on a reply. Surely its not difficult to honour an order?

Ordered phone case nearly a month ago and no sign of it. Notified company on multiple occasions and have been told to wait to see if it arrives….no alternative options or apologies. Unsure if this is a ligit company. Would advise others to avoid just in case.

I recently purchased this screen protector and I am very happy with my purchase. It was easy to apply and has done a great job protecting my screen from scratches and cracks. The clarity of the screen is not affected at all, and the touch sensitivity is still perfect.
Above & Beyond
Excellent customer service from the point of purchase through to helping solve my problem. Nothing was too much trouble and a special mention to the Customer Service Manager.
The attention to detail and focus on correcting my mistake was definitely 'Above & Beyond'.
Refreshing to buy from a company who holds customer satisfaction with such esteem.
REFUSE TO GIVE REFUND ON RETURNED ITEM
Returned an ipad case just under 2 weeks ago but received no refund, despite proving the item was posted to their address. They said they would investigate after I talked to them on Messenger, but have since ignored my emails and have blocked me in the chat. I see there is another review on here saying the same thing

A case finally arrived for an iPhone 11.
I asked for a refund & they tried to get me to do an exchange. .
I returned the case to them for a refund & have heard NOTHING since. . They do not answer my emails. .
