Abysmal customer service
Abysmal customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong iPad cover. I followed their precise instructions on it, and a month later I am still being told that it’s being referred to customer services and that I’ll get a refund in 3-5 working days. However, I was told exactly the same thing a week ago. Genuinely do not understand how it is this hard to refund - I work in customer service myself and process refunds automatically. I wish I had checked their reviews before ordering!

Poor refund procecess
Purchased an iPad cover although the right size as per description it was too small, returned next day. I am still awaiting my refund from the 13/03/2026. So many email sent which do not get replies. Awful company to deal with.

Website features incorrect, refused free returns
First the wrong size phone case was sent, I had to pay for returns. Once I got to try the correct size case it then appeared that the case didn’t do wireless charging despite it being on the website as a feature. I wrote and told them this and they refused to pay for the return of the item even though it was totally their fault and mis sold

Poor quality and customer service.
Update 3 (27/5): The poor quality and lack response.
It has now been more than month since I asked for a the faulty products to be replaced or refunded. They stopped answering my emails. There are no other way to contact them. I recommend to stay away from this company.

The two IPad cases are after 1 week broken/cracked. The quality of the plastic does not seem to match the premium price. I have sent a complaint. And it has now been 7 days with no response (they advertise 3-5 days).
Update on below (26/4). The two iPad cases are now received after a lot of delay.
I ordered two cases for my iPads. Only received one. Wrote to customer service. They claim to respond within 1-3 days. It has now been 4 days. No response.

Avoid this company
Ordered a phone case. Money taken.. no confirmation and no case has arrived. Their web site “contact” icon is allegedly at the bottom right hand corner of the browser screen. Nothing there. Emailed my problem. No response at all but a tsunami of annoying emails about the company and founder. Chased by email. More irrelevant emails re the company but not proper comms. Utterly hopeless. Will pursue a refund through a charge back. Avoid this company.

IPhone 14 case doesn’t fit StudioShake
Despite doing everything requested by StudioShake to return the defective case they are now saying I am out of time for a refund. Legally I am not. The case was not fit for purpose. I notified StudioShake of this and sent them photos. They asked me to return it tracked. They gave me the wrong postcode so the Post Office couldn’t return it. I was abroad. When I came back I searched for the correct postcode and it was returned. I paid for tracking as requested. Then StudioShake said I took too long to return it and therefore will not refund me. What can I do? What they are doing is illegal. But because the value is relatively small I cannot force a refund. My guess is they bought a load of cheap iPhone cases that do not fit and are trying to get rid of them.
I think my only option is to go to Trading Standards to see if anyone else’s has complained about StudioShake and maybe they can investigate this sharp practice. So disappointing. I liked the case a lot. Shame it wasn’t fit for purpose.

I have been trying to get a refund for…
I have been trying to get a refund for weeks .however they don’t respond to your emails and there doesn’t seem to be any other way to contact them . I sent the cover back tracked Royal Mail so I know they have received it . It’s so frustrating when they have your money but won’t communicate or return it .

Here is the response to my earlier query regarding my long overdue refund received on 24th January 2026 -
Thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed your account and return history to provide you with an update on your refund.
Our records indicate that the refund of £40 was officially finalized and processed on January 25, 2026. These funds were sent back to your original payment method via our payment processor at that time.
Since the transaction was completed and the funds were deducted from our account over a month ago, we recommend checking your bank statement from late January. You should see the credit reflected there for the full amount.
We aim to provide both quality products and clear communication, and we apologize for any frustration during the return process. However, we can confirm that the financial side of this order has been fully settled on our end.
Well what a surprise NOT no refund has been received by my credit card provider!! Also the amount due by you is £40.35 not £40 and as promised in previous emails I have never received any refund confirmation from you.
This is getting beyond a joke I am fuming at the way I have been treated.
PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!!
