Non delivery of a paid order.
I had dealings with this company in late November 2021 when I ordered and paid for a new iPad.
They said that there was a major shortage of the one I had purchased. Numerous emails followed with a promise of a refund which never seemed to being going to happen. I had previously posted on this forum that the company did not follow through with their promise's. I am happy to report that I was contacted by Jason who said that he would follow up and fix the problem.
Hew did so in a timely manner and had my purchase money refunded as he said and the matter is now resolved.
