Non delivery of a paid order.

I had dealings with this company in late November 2021 when I ordered and paid for a new iPad.
They said that there was a major shortage of the one I had purchased. Numerous emails followed with a promise of a refund which never seemed to being going to happen. I had previously posted on this forum that the company did not follow through with their promise's. I am happy to report that I was contacted by Jason who said that he would follow up and fix the problem.
Hew did so in a timely manner and had my purchase money refunded as he said and the matter is now resolved.

They do not answer emails

They do not answer emails.

They do not ship the product.

Do not purchase from these guys if you like your money.

If something is too good to be true it is too good to be true.

I know from experience of you do…

I know from experience if you do purchase an Apple product you would be eligible for express shipping, the only concern I had was that I wasn’t able to get into contact with anyone for a couple of days however I do believe it is due to the national isolation protocols, and high demand. Besides this it is a 10/10 would recommend, two day shipping and most of their products and very modern and quite up to date with the current era.
