Was looking to buy a Garden Corner Sofa…

Was looking to buy a Garden Corner Sofa and emailed from Studio website to ask whether the item has removable zipped covers as not stated on website. After 2 emails, first one not answering my question was given and yes and no answer, I replied saying thank you for your generic response and again sent the link and description of the item, the second reply stated "we are unable to verify". Why they have an option to ask questions about an item when they either can't be bothered to find out is of no use and appalling Customer Service

Absolutely 💯 pathetic company

Absolutely 💯 pathetic company. Ordered a sofa the box was ripped and the sofa ripped. Attempting to get hold of a studios representative is impossible. Sadly, bought a bedroom set in flat pack and one piece was broke in half, again impossible to contact but they provide a number for the ombudsman??? … will not be ordering EVER again. The order states they sent sports equipment lmao it was furniture….clueless

Useless purchase & terrible customer service

Purchased a vacuum cleaner from Studio set it up went to use it on bedroom carpet and it was useless so I put it back in the box and paid for a return
Returns department said it’s been used so they won’t accept it well obviously I used it that’s how I know it doesn’t pick up
Tried to contact Returns dept but they don’t have contact with customers so they’re sending the vacuum cleaner that doesn’t pick up back to me

I bought shoes online for my nephew and…

I bought shoes online for my nephew and they arrived really fast and in good condition. I have shopped from Studio for many years now and love the many choices and quality of the products at affordable prices. I would definitely recommend Studio to anyone looking for quality, and the sales are always great 😊

Don't offer next day delivery if you can't fulfill the offer!

I use Studio regularly but my experience was soured due to the fact that I'd paid extra for next day delivery and didnt receive my stuff until 3 days later. This was compounded by the fact that the package was left on my doorstep without any notification. I get the fact that stuff goes wrong but where is my refund, credit note or at the very least an acknowledgement of wrongdoing. Like i say it soured my perspective and pi**ed me off, to say the least.
