The flights and fares are clearly presented. It was easy to search and make a flight booking. Promo code could be applied successfully. The breakdown of fares, rebate and promo discount are clearly displayed before making payment. Response was prompt upon purchase. Overall very good experience.

I wanted to change my flight and I called the customer service by phone. And they are so helpful, I am very satisfied! Just had to wait 2 mins over the phone while they did the changes. Also I only had to pay the price difference for less than 2 dollars so overall it has been a good experience for me!

I have read many reviews, and I was very hesitant to buy from this company, I was booking a month in advance from Clt to Rome, I found a really good deal on Studentuniverse, a direct flight back from Rome with a price much cheaper than flights with multiple stops. I purchased the ticket, the next morning, I received my ticket, I checked with the airline, everything is legit. end of story! No scam, no bate and switch.

Prices are okay, but WHY do you need to create an account and sign up for newsletter BEFORE you are told that "sorry you are not eligible for this trip"
Let me know BEFORE so I don't waste my time.
Also these "exclusive" websites should be left out by default from sites like momondo.

The price being low is the best service you could ask for. Also, the filters with the option to choose baggage helps a lot in deciding the flight you select.

I paid extra for the better support, which I think is a fine choice.

Now, I want to extent my stay - which of course means that my flight has to be changed.

Back and fourth - they apparently don't want to speak with me it seems. They have given me 2 phone numbers, which does not seem to be real. I sent them a mail telling them this - to which they responded "give me your phone number and we will call you".

I gave them mine as well as my friends, so I would make sure not to miss a call...

They did not call. Then I got a mail from studentuniverse telling me that "they were not able to get a hold of me" (?) so now they would try to call me they day after.

Also changing your flight costs 195$+extra fees. I probably can't stay any longer since StudentUniverse won't help me. Now they don't answer me at all.

2 stars since the website is good and easy though, as well as the prices. I just wish the support was helpful even when you pay extra.

Update: A guy called while I was writing this, ironically. He stated who he was, and if he is speaking with Gustav. I said yes, and he hung up...

Obviously I have proof of all of this if needed.
