Initial call was excellent with a lot of education and insight into my personal situation. Felt that a plan was set into place and adequate checks and balances were arranged to ensure success along the way. Not as impressed with the financial advisor phone call that was suggested. It took over six weeks to have the initial consultation phone call which ended up as essentially fact gathering about my particular financial situation, which could have been achieved with filling out a questionnaire in the preceding six weeks to then actually have a substantive conversation when my place in line came up. Instead, I had a 20 minute data gathering phone call with a promise to be handed out to a future financial advisor who is not the person I was told I would actually be speaking to. The actual Student Loan Tutor service with arranging my payment plan and the rep assigned to my account were excellent. The follow-up on how to adequately plan for the tax pay-off to be due when my loans are forgiven not so much.
