Could not have asked for a better travel agent than Linh Chi (Parramatta) to organise our trip, she was amazing and made our trip all that more amazing knowing everything had been planned for us. No hiccups during our trip.

Great service but not much information given until last minute.

The trip was good but the organization to get me my documents before I traveled was terrible, the only reason I got them was because I chased them up. It shouldn't of been like that.

My Flight included a Taxi Pickup from Chiang Mai Airport. A Cooking Class pick up, A Cocktail , A Meal, and a Massage none of these eventuated..I sent 2 emails back to the Swanston St address..NO RESPONSE !! NOT Happy...Very Disappointed.. Warren Page..

Student Flights is a great way to book your holiday, the staff were extremely friendly and interested in knowing what you had planned, they worked to provide us with the best deals possible, and were also readily available with answers to any questions or concerns that we had.

My stars go to Georgie at Highpoint Shopping Centre and it was the sense of humour and personality that sold us. Serving us oldies at such a young age was fantastic. Just one thing, the documents for the insurance were not included on purchase and had to reattend the store but Georgie was straight onto it. Would I go back, Georgie has moved to Richmond so the answer is, I am off to that store and know I will be look after personally and professionally.

When booking my holiday I dealt with a number of people, I felt like there was no communication between staff or a general file of what has been done by others. Almost all my internal flights did not include baggage making me pay extra at the airport taking money saved for spending on gifts and experiences. The agent apologize but stated nothing could be done even though it could have been avoided at the beginning considering it took me 2 minutes to find out that were was multiple ticketing options. Would I use these guys again most likely not, nor would I recommend them. The only positive was booking my tour and return flights home which were done by senior staff members.

I was very pleased with all the help and had great experience with Etihad flights.

It was rip off by the agent

I was left with out tour vouchers and student cards.
I was told when I picked up my documents from the branch that everything was ready to go. Wasn't until I was over seas that I discovered that this was not the case (yes I should of triple checked but it's besides the point) I called my agent twice. Both time left a message which wasn't answered. Then I waited on hold for 45 mins to contact the 24 hour line for help. It wasn't until they contacted my agent that all the documents excluding the student cards where sent to me via email.
Not having my student card meant that I lost the opportunity for discounted entry, train tickets etc
It's very disappointing and extremely frustrating that a travel agent could be so unreliable with provided the travel documents after spending thousands of dollars in this store.

Over all a very underwhelming experience.

Dane at Student Flights on the Sunshine Coast provided exceptional service in arranging my next overseas trip. His experience allowed me to make informed decisions and his understanding of my travel preferences saved me time and money. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend Dane and Student Flights.

Nathan Venn at Student Flights Collingwoood is a legend and a terrific travel agent and relationship manager...he has been with our family through great tragedy and happier times as well. A master juggler and raconteur with a healthy sense of humour who knows how to get on with the business at hand. Nothing is ever a problem for Nathan and the team at Student Flights in Smith Street Collingwood...if Trustpilot gave out 6 stars then surely we would have rated accordingly. Nathan is there "In the Moment" to ensure your travel needs are not only met but exceeded beyond all expectations. His after sales service is equally strong and we have no doubt that we will use Nathan Venn again for our next overseas trip...Good Job Nathan and Thanks for Everything (Kind Regards Archie & Cathy)

Helpful and knowledgable staff

I have used student flights for holidays and trips for the past 8 years. The staff are friendly, helpful and I always get a great deal. Highly recommended

No proper advice was given to me when I purchased the package. I had to pay much more when in the tour which were all hidden costs.

I called when in London to complain and gave issues fixed but no one called me back. Worst service

Jessica has helped me to book flights all over the world. She is always very efficient and helpful and comes up with good options for me. I have been using her services for several years now and will continue to do so.

Isabella and the team at Indooroopilly Student Flights were great at helping me achieve my very spontaneous and rather complicated trip; looking after my visa with very tight deadlines and getting great flights for me. Everything was wonderful and went really smoothly and I had a blast!
