Great service and very friendly staff. My order was delivered a few days before I arrived at my residence so I could use them right away. I was so happy about my decision to order the supplies from Student Essentials.

A plate was broken during transportation but I was offered a refund right away.

The product is good and the delivery was done in a great timing. The problem I had was when purchasing the product. The webpage did not load and I was unable to purchase my preferred option due to this as by the time I could finalise my purchase the product was sold out. The help provided was good and quick.

I had to urgently change the delivery date and student essentials did it on time. Gave me a comfortable warm bed to go to when i arrived uk (I bought the bed bunddles).

I am a study abroad student coming from the US and at first was very anxious as to how I was going to have bedding and bathroom essentials as soon as I landed. Luckily I found student essentials and I felt relieved. When I first walked into my room, the box was already waiting for me. The towels I received are great. The bedding is a bit rough before first wash but it definitely gets the job done. Just fyi, the bedding does not include a top sheet. All in all, good value for the price!
