All in all it was a great experience. The price was the main reason I made this purchase with StudentDiscount. I found the checkout process seamless but after I made the purchase I received the shipment information. The website under delivery time line was not what the shipping information stated. I was thinking about cancelling the order because receiving the book was time sensitive. I ended up being surprise as it arrive much earlier than was stated.

The payment method using credit card is a bit confusing because there are no automatic format for card number and card expired date. I had to try multiple times to finally succeeded inputing my credentials. Please fix this. Thank you.

Terrible website (looks like something the work experience student knocked together 15 years ago) - difficult to navigate. Payment allows American Express according to the website but then you get the wheel of death whilst processing the payment - unsure of whether it has gone through or not.
