Very secure and trusted accommodation platform but need to improve on customer support and understanding the customers concerns and issues.(In my case, I needed a booking details in a doc for my edu. loan so that bank can release my funds from block account, but customer support was unable to issue that) Rest all service of studapart is superb.

I regret to report that I’ve paid €800 for nothing. Despite providing clear evidence that the accommodation did not match the advertised description, the company still charged me the full amount. To make matters worse, I never even received the accommodation because it wasn't suitable for me and had to incur additional expenses. I am currently disputing this charge with my bank, and if that does not resolve the issue, I will have to explore other solutions.

Hello studapart, I’m giving 3 stars because I like your platform, but a few issues need improvement. Many landlords list 1–3 month minimum stays, but never respond—please address this. Additionally, tenants share documents such as passports and enrollment letters, so verified guarantors should also receive basic landlord verification. Your email response time could be faster, and the recurring profile-error message needs fixing. Please improve these points. I will give 5/5 once my check-in goes smoothly.

Great platform for booking student accommodation. I was able to book nice accommodation close to my university, with minimal effort. All sorted within a couple of days. Studapart also provide a Guarantor facility, which is required if you do not live in France. Also great follow up from Studapart after booking was made, to check that I had contact with the property and everything is ok. I would highly recommend Studapart for any other students looking for accommodation in Paris.

They make you reserve with 1st month rental plus reservation fees & garantie /in my case , they retained 3,500 euros and not releasing it until a serie of back & forth for days even if I couldnt agree to the excessive terms set by the landlord and even if both the landlord & myself agreed to proceed to cancelling the transaction! And their customer service 'a chatbox' can ghost you for days!
Must revise the mechanism..

I paid extra money on purpose (300€!!), to go through an agency to have the safety of not getting scammed and to have a neutral third party in case of a conflict with the landlord. IN the end, I got scammed by a supposedly "verified" landlord (if you ever find a housing of someone called Tran in the 14th arrondissement, don't take it - mould on the walls and you are sure to not only not get your deposit back, but also he will find illegal ways of trying to charge you more rent than you actually stayed in the apartment by using the guarantor service provided by the French state called visale), and no one was there to help me from stud apart with the claim that the entrance inventory and condition report was not valid - no explanation why, just an agency trying to pull money out of students without following up on the services they promised. So so angry, and really disappointed. I will have to follow up with legal consequences. For someone who really tries to have a conflict less interaction, especially regarding housing, all this was extremely burdensome, leading to many sleepless nights. I have never had these issues in any other country I have studies (4 in total), and I have lost a great deal of trust in hunanity with this experience. This is exactly what leads to societies where distrust dominates and mutual support is unknown - extremely disappointed, angry and distressed.

Scam- they say you get your money back if there's an issue but you have to report the issue to Studapart (not landlord) within 24 hours of arrival. Just use airbnb. Its the same cost, but way more customer friendly AND you can sue in US courts where things work

The booking fee is too high which is unnecessary for a booking if you reduce that most of the people will choose Studapart recommended is 100€
