I took my vehicle to Stroud valeting and was told a full valet would be £80. I left the vehicle for the majority of the week to ensure a good job was done. I collected the car and raised the dirty carpets, dirt in the cup holders in the rear, dirt in the driver and passenger footwell and down the sides of the seats and around the gearstick. He told me it was a cheap valet to which I said it was his price and that the rest of the car seemed good and I paid him the cash they demanded. I asked for a receipt to be told they had run out. I then had a shocking and unexpected phone call telling me not to return.
