No return policy and short expiry date!
Ordered 12 doses of stroopwaffels to have gifts ready when friends come to visit, only to find out they all expire in only 1 month. Then it turns out the shop has a no-return policy… Usually in the EU you can return everything bought online in a 14 day period, but nope. Naturally, I felt really swindled by the shop.

Dear Fiori,
Our products have a relatively short best before date, but there is a reason for this. This is mentioned in several places on our website:
‘Markus stroopwafels have a shelf life of at least five weeks from the shipping date (which is also the production date), provided they are stored in a cool place. This may seem short, but Markus stroopwafels contain no artificial binding agents or preservatives. This is a deliberate decision; such additives never improve the taste of stroopwafels anyway’.
My Order Hasnt Arrived
I made an order and have been waiting for a good while to hear from you. Since my order i have emailed you 3 times asking for confirmation on delivery. I haven't heard anything from you at all - really disappointed was so looking forward to sending these as a stocking filler for Christmas
