I placed an order with estimated delivery of 3-5 days. 3 weeks later I have sent an email to ask about the order. They replied that it must have gotten lost, and that they can either refund or I can pay more for tracked delivery. Communication with them is slow. It's a shame, but I gave up on trying their products.
Once I place an order, it should be them the ones to follow up and deliver or offer quick solutions. Until now it's been me waiting for their products and email replies.
Their products look good in theory, I just wish I could try them with less of a headache.
