Morning Magic
Starting with Dina was daunting. Having someone to check up on me all the time was new. Although it’s been so much more easier and motivating than I thought. I can talk to Dina at any time and send her loads of form videos to ensure I’m doing all the exercises right. She keeps me motivated and praises even the smallest win.
I’ve had eureka moment this week. I am not a morning person but in order to get my workouts in and alone( I have two children under 4) I’ve started waking up before the rest of the house and it has changed everything for me. I find after 7 weeks of training my mindset has drastically shifted. I find getting up is easier now than before. I’m not sluggish, I’m itching to start my day strong and get that boost of energy and feel good feeling I get after I’m finished. It’s also made me challenge myself more during the workouts. Tbh my main goal has been to get me pre baby body back but the extra bits of gold I’m getting along the way is so much more valuable and life changing!!! ❤️❤️
