Received wrong item

I placed a telephone order because the website was being updated. Unfortunately the person I spoke with "ordered" the wrong item for me. I wanted a dual color triple threat in blue & white. When I received my order confirmation email the light on it was a triple threat in blue/white/blue. I called them as soon as possible to correct the mistake before it shipped. I was told the order couldn't be changed because it had already processed, & that I would have to return the incorrect item for replacement after receiving it. I asked about return shipping. I was told it was my responsibility to pay to ship back their mistake, but they wouldn't charge me for shipping on the replacement. The insured return shipping fee was almost $20.00 which was more than the cost of the original shipping. I feel this is unacceptable & a very poor business practice on their part, because the mistake was on their end, not mine.

Always quick to help.

They are always on point to help with any issues, which I have had very, very few in the 6 years I have been dealing with them. Shipping is always fast and on time but I do wish shipping cost were a little lower.

Years of nonsense but I’m done finally. Happy NY to me

I’ve called loads of times with extremely long wait times for stock (I have successfully ordered before) but with some trouble… just hanging on the line, emails that barely get returned, voicemails are not answered… but the run around I got was absurd and I have had it. It’s probably been a 1 out of 4 success rate with them and I put up with it. Constant turnover at this place is annoying but Marybeth has to be beyond the worst manager they have ever had.

Where is my damn product what the hell…

Where is my damn product what the hell still hasn't shipped since the 4th of December wtf your just going to take my money and just leave it sitting there not shipped I'm pissed off cancel the effing thing and give me my money back I am done with your company absolute bullshit no email saying it's delayed or whatever is going on so unprofessional so I'm being blunt sent my shit or credit back my card . Unreal never again
