I did not received complete set of what I ordered and it’s not a first time

Also the customer service is not the best , no follow ups or even apology for not sending the item

I originally bought strip curtains for a small single door. The plastic wore out after a few years and I bought new plastic. They sent me uncut plastic instead of the nine strips I ordered. Then the "customer service" person told me he wasn't sending me replacement material. I don't like their customer service at all.

Which was for a 7' sliding Strip Curtain!
I received a 4' and a 3' section of mounting strip (to equal the 7' foot section, the curtain strips and the hardware to mount it to the mounting strip pieces. No sliding mechanism. I Followed up with them on the missing Items and they told me I received what I ordered. Clearly I ordered more than what I received as there is a Bill of materials on the site for what I ordered. I ended up having to order the items individually. ended up costing my twice as much as advertised on the site. Be very careful ordering from this company!

Not sure how you’ve done we still haven’t received our second package to be able to install it.

All the fasteners were included. The instructions were clear and concise. All the prepunched holes lined up exactly as they should.

1. Fast order processing and delivery (received in under 7 days)
2. Everything was included - except attachment hardware for my doorframe (understandable since they couldn't know my doorframe type). I was able to install my 8'wide x 9' high curtains by myself.
3. The curtain strips were about 4" longer than specified in my order, but that is actually good as I was able to custom cut them to exactly the correct length (an a portable workbench with a steel square and box cutter).
4. Good quality product (heavy duty hardware and curtain strips - and mine is the thinner of the two choices of strips)
5. Good customer follow-up (they sent me an email and answered a question I posed promptly)
6. When hanging loose, in open position, the unobstructed opening is 79" for my 96" wide doorway. Pushing the curtain strips together agains the doorframe provides a 94" opening, and if necessary, the curtains can be pushed out of the way entirely without removing them (awkward but possible).
7. Since they are heavy duty, the curtains are heavy when moving on the slider and take a strong pull to make them move even after the magnetic lock is opened (both with the same rope - nice). It sometimes takes me a couple of tries for me to get them fully closed due to this inertia and a bit of sliding resistance, but this isn't really a problem, just an observation.
8. Only downside to my experience was that no instructions were included; however, the on-line product isometric drawing on the brochure was sufficient to assemble and install the curtain after a bit of experimenting.

Fantastic service!! When I couldn’t figure out how to order off your website, I called and got timely and very helpful service (sry I can’t remember the name of the guy that helped me out). I received the product way faster than I expected so I have not even had time to install it yet. Thx again

This is the second time I've ordered, for use in my barn, dogs, goats and horses love them!

Needed some Strip-Curtains. It took a little time to figure out how the website worked. (Custom sizes vs Standard Door sizes) Found what I needed. No problem checking out. Items shipped and I received them in about a week. Not quick but that was not a problem. Items arrived in good condition. Still working on a time to install.
If I could make one suggestion to Strip-Curtains.com, Offer to sell the mounting hardware or, at the very least, state at some point what size mounting hardware is going to be needed. I didn't see anywhere, where it stated what size mounting hardware was required but I found out when my curtains arrived I needed 5/16" mounting hardware to install. I only had 1/4" hardware on hand, so I had to have that shipped from somewhere else. Not the end of the world but that would have been good to know.

Outstanding product. Fantastic instructions. Our second purchase.

A month after placing and paying for my order, they emailed asking for more money to complete it (weird). I declined, and asked for a refund. This was over a month ago. Many emails and a phone call produce the same excuse, they need "permission from a manager" that never seems to materialize. I have been forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
