The Orthomate scooter is an absolutely brilliant piece of equipment. I couldn't have managed to move about or get into a shop so easily without it. It completely transformed my recovery period from foot surgery. Stride On were really helpful and efficient, delivery and pickup plus ongoing rental renewal absolutely seamless. Recommend them heartily .

I hired a StrideOn knee walker following foot surgery. It was much easier to use than crutches when I couldn't put weight on the foot. It's stable and easy to use around the house where it can get around tight corners. It's easily folded up and went in the boot of the car when going out. The customer service was excellent; delivery and collection were efficiently arranged. Having the StrideOn made a huge difference in the first weeks following surgery and I would recommend both the product and the company

Had scooter 14/15 wks. Just returning it tomorrow.
Invaluable piece of transport.
Indoors I could zip everywhere. Knock at front door, getting nearly caught short getting to wc would take seconds to get there , on crutches would have taken forever. Getting from house to my car (automatic) to shops parks, friends was effortless. I would have been housebound for at least 3 months, no question. My mental & emotional state has been effected bcos of healing process. I can only imagine how much worse I would have felt without this scooter to enable me to get out of the house. Customer service 2nd to none every time I had dealings with them.
Ps. Always remember to put brakes on when you are stationary.

I'm delighted to have found StrideOn. I've been using the Knee Walker since December when I had complex foot surgery. It has been absolutely invaluable in providing mobility whilst I was non weight-bearing and in recovery. The Knee Walker is really easy to use and meant I didn't have to totally rely on my walking frame (which was very tiring). StrideOn's service has been excellent, efficient and they are always helpful. I'll be returning my Knee Walker this week and even the returns process is super simple. Thank you StrideOn.

The Stride On is ideally fit for purpose. Very useful bit of kit to use following damage to my ankle. Comfortable to use. Can recommend the service as prompt delivery and pick up - also, very reasonably priced.

Having had ankle surgery I was non weight bearing and crutches were more of a danger to me than help so I hired a StrideOn scooter…. Amazing !!!
I had my mobility and independence back.
I used it to manoeuvre safely around the house and whilst out and about ( popped it in the boot of the car )
The organisation to get the scooter delivered and collected was superb which meant less stress for me.

Following a full ankle replacement op I hired a StrideOn as I had to be non weight bearing for 6 weeks. At the hospital I first tried the StrideOn and it was wonderful - so much easier than hopping with crutches or a zimmer.
The company really look after you, are very quick at responding to queries and delivery was speedy.

The knee walker has been a real help and I found it much easier to get around than on crutches.

It was easy to adjust to my requirements.

I would definitely recommend a walker to anyone who wants to get around and has a non-weight-bearing leg.

The knee scooter was fabulous for getting me around the airport on my recent trip - and folded down so could be stored easily - like a pram is when it is put in to the hold - meaning I could maintain my independence whilst travelling. The service from the team was helpful and the delivery and return process was smooth!

Being non weight bearing for 9 weeks after having foot surgery, I couldn’t have managed without the Strideon, so easy to assemble and easy to use .

I hired my stride on for 4 weeks as needed to be non weight bearing after foot surgery, from start to finish the company where so professional, stride on delivered and collected, it was the best thing for my recovery. I was more independent, able to do more within my home and not feel so confined.

After I had my surgery I spent 2 weeks trying to get around on elbow crutches, then tried a walking frame, suffered with painful hip and shoulders after having to hop, hired the stride on and didn't look back, superb piece of equipment, easy to manoeuvre in small spaces, would definitely recommend.

The scooter has been a life saver with my broken ankle and the service has been excellent through out highly recommended

My knee walker was a godsend as life on crutches meant I couldn’t even get myself a glass of water - the the use of crutches was antagonising a nerve in my arm.
The walker arrived by courier the next day, with a label on it explaining I may take time to answer the door. I could unpack and assemble it easily.
Once I needed to return the item, it was easy to repack and to arrange the courier to pick it up from my doorstep.
It was a flawless service.

The knee scooter has been invaluable after foot surgery, non weight bearing for 6 weeks and looking after 3 children. Very sturdy and easy to use out and about. Couldn’t have been without it and the basket on the front always had my bits and bobs in and close to hand. 100% recommend.

Good information from Strideon to make a choice of knee scooter. Scooter exactly as advertised and did exactly what was needed. A brilliant invention that can be hired from Strideon. I purchased the knee pad which I have kept.This made it luxurious.

I ordered a knee mobility scooter after a recent ankle surgery as a two-week rental. The scooter was delivered on time and was in excellent condition. Communications with the company were clear and friendly.

My experience with StrideOn was great! Booking a delivery of the knee walker after ankle reconstruction surgery took just a few minutes and the delivery via UPS was right on time. The actual knee walker is great, sturdy, easy to assemble (detailed instructions were provided, with photos!) and use and made my life a lot better than it would have been if I only had crutches to move around.
To send it back all I did was send them an email and they arranged for everything to be picked up. I would greatly recommend their services to anyone needing a better way to stay mobile after foot/ankle surgery!

Excellent product and customer service. I suffered a severe ankle fracture and this knee scooter allowed me to retain my mobility for 8 weeks whilst the plaster was on. The delivery and collection and all contacts with StrideOn employees were brilliant. Thank you!
