If you return a product they will take your money and you will never hear from them again

I purchased a zabuton, the stuffing was lumpy and uneven. I returned it the next day as per the intructions on their website. I paid for shipping, filled out and included the returns form etc. 2 and a half weeks later and I haven't heard from them, or seen my money. A week and a half after returning the product I emailed them, and haven't heard anything. I just spent $125 including shipping both ways. I just want my $85 dollars back. Do not purchase from a company that doesn't see you as a person, and will happily take your money for a product that will simply sell again.
