The collection process was smooth but…
The collection process was smooth but it would be useful to have directions of where to go at the airport in advance of arrival as the directions weren't clear. You have to go upstairs to the carpark outside the airport (P1) where a shuttle minibus collects you to take you to the car hire depot which is up the road
Very good service
Excellent service.
We had an issue with the car, and they quickly sent roadside assistance. The problem was temporarily fixed, and they replaced the car for us without any hassle.
Returning the car was also very easy, using the drop box at the airport.
Not very friendly lady on the desk
Not very friendly lady on the desk, just because I refused to take her overpriced car insurance. Received my car which was smelly from the cigarettes. Change the car immediately. Full of scratches, 120 000km, squeaky breaks.. not the best experience.

Rental included toll fees too which was fab
Great service and return process
Great service and very quick return process. Thought I'd have a long wait as I'd just missed a shuttle but another one came 5 minutes later and this was at 5.15 am! Paid for the tank of fuel due to the early drop off which for me was easier than having to fuel up at 5am
Great experience
Great experience
I’m very happy with my experience with StressFreeCarRental at Seville Airport. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. Everything went smoothly, and I really appreciated the excellent service.
I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable car rental service in Seville!

Avoid Thrifty but if booked do not agree to any extras and check not added without your knowledge
Car was fine. Thrifty pick up at Lax awful. Long wait. Unexpected massive additional charges added by thrifty.
Drop off at LAX very efficient
Picked car without a fuss

Easy to book - don't expect them to take responsibility when something goes wrong
**Easy to book – but don't expect them to take responsibility when something goes wrong**

**UPDATE following StressFreeCarRental's response:**
StressFree has now responded to this review and, importantly, confirms the central fact in my complaint: Free2Move's own inspection recorded the vehicle as dirty.
StressFree argues that they are "a booking platform" and that Free2Move's decision not to compensate me is therefore Free2Move's responsibility.
I fully understand that StressFree did not clean or maintain the vehicle. In fact, my original review explicitly states that the booking process itself was straightforward.
However, their response misses the reason I escalated the matter to StressFree in the first place.
By that point I had already spent approximately a month dealing directly with Free2Move. Despite the documented condition of the vehicle, Free2Move eventually stopped providing any meaningful resolution.
That was precisely why I turned to StressFree, through whom I had made the booking, for assistance.
StressFree told me they would formally escalate the complaint with their supplier. I provided the inspection report, photographs and all requested documentation.
Then essentially the same thing happened to them: Free2Move took weeks to respond, while I repeatedly had to chase StressFree for updates.
Eventually StressFree received the same refusal from Free2Move and referred me back to Free2Move — the company I had already spent weeks unsuccessfully dealing with before asking StressFree to intervene.
So when StressFree now suggests that I should judge them only on whether the booking itself worked, that rather illustrates my concern.
Of course the booking worked. The question is what additional value the intermediary provides when something goes wrong with one of the suppliers offered through its platform.
StressFree did eventually escalate the complaint, and I acknowledge that. But after weeks of waiting, the final outcome was effectively to send me back to the supplier whose lack of resolution was the reason I contacted StressFree in the first place.
For that reason, my 2-star rating remains unchanged.

Original review
I booked a Free2Move rental through StressFreeCarRental for a trip from Lyon.
The booking itself was straightforward. Unfortunately, the car we received was in a poor state. Most importantly, this isn't simply my opinion: the official pickup inspection itself recorded:
**Interior cleanliness: DIRTY**
**Exterior cleanliness: DIRTY**
I raised the condition at pickup. The local handover location explained that they merely stored/handed over the Free2Move vehicle and had no alternative car to offer.
During the rental, a service warning also appeared on the dashboard.
Free2Move subsequently refused any goodwill compensation, arguing that I had signed for and accepted the vehicle — despite their own pickup inspection explicitly recording it as dirty.
I therefore asked StressFreeCarRental, as the company through which I made the booking, to intervene. They told me they would formally escalate the complaint with Free2Move. I supplied the inspection report, photographs and further documentation.
What followed was weeks of waiting and repeated follow-ups. Eventually StressFree simply passed on Free2Move's refusal and told me to contact Free2Move directly.
That is the disappointing part.
When everything works, using a broker is easy. The real test of a booking company is what happens when its supplier delivers a substandard service. In my case, despite clear documentary evidence, StressFree ultimately provided no remedy at all.
Based on this experience, I would not book through StressFreeCarRental again. If something goes wrong with the actual rental company, you may find yourself effectively dealing with that supplier on your own anyway.

Drivalia car rental
The booking with Stress Free car rentals was easy quick with no problems. But the car rental company Drivalia which we have used for years and 6 times this year have a few new staff members and the same staff member dealt with us on return of the vehicle in July and August and on both occasions went to a small light scuff one on underside of wheel arch 1" in size and the second time scuff on wheel arch moulding but bodywork in the area untouched. Neither mark was noticed on pick up. Euros 265 and 350. I have my own annual excess insurance and rental companies don't seem to like this.
Car upgrade scam
Car was not available at pickup. They forced an upgrade to fit baggage in that would have worked for the car we ordered. This doubled the cost. The rental company Noleggiare in Venice Italy also charged for crossing a border which was explicitly ruled out in the agreement we signed with stressfreecar rental. Absolutely appalling service at checking the car back in again as they tried to charge for a miniscule mark( only visible if the light reflected weirdly) on a car that had done 63000 Kms. We will never use either again. Take heed, use a reputable international brand.
