The transmission was delivered earlier than expected. It was clean and ready to be installed. After installation it worked great. The core was picked up quickly after contact and the core deposit was returned quickly.

My transmission was delivered within days and installed within days. I have not had a problem management at all.

So far, So good
So far, So good. Everything from when I placed the order, to the time I received the transmission, to the time in which my old one was picked up. Everything went smooth. I just finished installing it on the day before Thanksgiving. So, it has not been running very long. But so far, it's doing great. Thank you, Street Smart.

They were easy to work with
They were easy to work with. Very quick to respond via email. My tracking number never worked with the shipper, (I was supposed to give my mechanic a two-day's notice so he could remove the old transmission from my car) but thankfully it came quickly and the process was smooth. Returning the core was extremely easy. Don't know what a new transmission was like on my car (it had 310,000 miles on it) but the new one is working good. Price was very reasonable, also.

Rebuild VW Transmission
The company was great to work with. The rebuilt transmission was delivered to my mechanic the Monday after I ordered it on Friday. When that transmission was found to be defective - They quickly sent another.
The only complaint I would have is having to pay the mechanic twice for labor and transmission fluid because of the defective transmission. They would only pay $50/hr on the labor to replace the defective transmission

So easy .....just choose a pro shop…
So easy .....just choose a pro shop from the list, purchase the tranny and it's delivered directly to shop for you. No fuss no muss. I had a great pro shop in Buddy's Automotive. He basically did it all. I dropped off the vehicle when the the trans arrived he installed and sent back the core for me. Less than a week all done and great warranty. Thanks Bud and Street Smart. Thoroughly impressed and very please.

Customer service was very knowledgeable…
Customer service was very knowledgeable about there products and very helpful. Only problem is had is they gave me a date which the transmission was suppose to be delivered and didn't show up until 4 days after it was suppose to be delivered which made me have to wait an extra 2 days to have it installed by the transmission shop. Compensation would be nice for having to wait
