This was actually such a good quality t-shirt for the price of it! Easy to create and came pretty quickly. I was surprised by the fit and comfort, too. Also pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of fonts available.

Absolutely brilliant! I created a bespoke design using the online tool - which was very easy. The items were printed and despatched within one working day of submitting the order. Unfortunately the Royal Mail had a short delay in delivering due to bank holiday (no fault of the sender). I'm totally bowled over by the quality of the t-shirts and the printing. Highly recommended.

I had an issue which got an instant reply to ,not the company's fault a Royal mail one ,tee shirt arrived and I was really surprised at the quality of not only the tee shirt but the print was amazing. Highly satisfied customer

When placing and sizing your design on the T-Shirt mock up, it gives you a size of the print. However it does not give you a size of the T-Shirt. So naturally you go with how you think it looks on the mock up. It doesnt take into consideration what size TShirt you want either. It's just a generic template.

Upon receiving my T-Shirts it turns out the prints are about 7-8cm too small and do not match the placement or size of the mock up. It was also not centred as per the design.

When I emailed them, their reply (and I quote) was "We find that some people compare the flat shirt they have received with the design they submitted online. People are not flat but a t shirt is."

So they admit this is not the first time this has happened.

And what else are we meant to compare to? If it doesn't match the design we created then what is the point in being able to mock it up!?

Not to mention the placement was too low and the T-Shirts were delivered late.

They flat out refused to take ANY responsibility and their reply was always the same. They use absolutely no common sense in any of their responses. They say what they have to so they don't have to accept any fault.

The offered me a reprint if I was willing to pay another £75 for 6 T-shirts

Only after 7-8 emails have they offered to refund me. Meaning they know they are in the wrong but still refuse to say the words.

I will never be using this company again.

Easy app to use, simple method to design your t-shirt. Quick delivery and a good quality t-shirt. Will use again.
