Maria and Peter were my drivers on Tuesday 10th February 2026.I had just come out of hospital a few days earlier after major brain surgery and I requested that they drive slowly to /fromHavenshealth Medical Centre (they did) and she insisted on walking me into my doctor surgery and Peter insisted helping me walk down my drive to my house until my husband came out to collect me.Both drivers were exceptionally helpful and it was a pleasure to have received such considerate support from them.
A kind and caring lady and gentleman who are an an asset to the team.

Booked a taxi to get shopping home. Usually really helpful but driver seemed to just assume mobility level from looking at me despite to the taxi being really high to get into. Would have been nice if ramp thingy was offered since I am not Lara croft !
Damaged Wheelchair, Dismissive Manager
My wheelchair was damaged while being loaded into one of their vehicles. The chair was only 10 days old. I had no issues self-propelling before the journey, but afterwards the brake was stiff and unusable. The driver denied responsibility, and when I raised it with the manager, he dismissed my complaint without even considering the possibility that the driver was at fault.
What hurt most wasn’t just the damage, but the attitude — my word as a disabled passenger was treated as if it carried no weight. Very poor customer service and a dismissive approach to accountability.
Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Booked return to Gatwick. They got the pick up point completely wrong after I repeated it several times. Also decided to charge an extra £96 !Blamed the trainee for the mistake. Not so much as an apology !! Should have kept o be original quote. Never again.
Not dog friendly
Not dog friendly, would leave zero if I could, despite adding a note on the app booking saying we had a dog, the driver arrived and refused to take us as we had the dog! Rang the booking line to be told best to ring as app doesn’t relay messages, so why have them! Won’t be using an anti dog taxi service again

This is the worst taxi company I have ever deal with. They are scammers.
Took the money in advance to collect me from Gatwick and never showed up saying I gave them the wrong information, although I received their pick up confirmation with all the right details on it. Will never use again

Booking confirmed at 1954hrs for a 2200hrs pickup. Called Streamline at 2236hrs, controller said the journey had not yet been allocated. At 2250hrs I walked to rank and got a taxi straight away. At 2300hrs I received a call to say my taxi had arrived. So much for the confirmation. Bad service.
Unreliable pre booking service
There is no point prebooking with streamline. They do not turn up at the time you have booked leading to problems with evening bookings, appointments & trains you need catch.

Appalling service from Streamline
I was let down badly last night. I have a broken ankle and fractured kneecap so pre-booked a taxi to pick me up from Concorde 2 after a concert. It failed to turn up. They said they were busy and were trying to find me a cab, so my pre-booking was a complete waste of time. I stood waiting on crutches and wearing a surgical boot. I was apparently a priority.
In the end a lovely couple leaving Concorde 2 gave me and my friend a lift home in their car.
I still haven't had a call from Streamline to say they have got me a cab....so as far as they're concerned I could still be waiting there!

Prebooked a taxi with 1 hour notice and the taxi was 25 mins late
Prebooked a taxi with 1 hour notice. The taxi didn't arrive and the operator said they couldn't guarantee the pick up during busy hours. I spoke to the operator 3 times who informed me that drivers kept taking other jobs instead. I don't see why they have an option to pre-book if they are not going to honour the pickup time.
The taxi then went to the wrong address to pick up.
Eventually turned up nearly 30 minutes late.
Not happy when we're in the centre of town, its a 10 minutes journey and there are plenty of taxi's in the city.
Excellent service
Excellent service, professional and polite drivers and unlike another company in Brighton who charge £3.00 more if you're disabled; I felt like my custom was valued. The accessable vehicles were useful but my walking frame also fitted in the saloons. I used them for my 5 days in Brighton last week and it made my holiday easier.

at 13.00 I was quoted asap but probably 10 minutes Saw a numbr of their 202020 cabs pass by empty. After 25 minurtes I called theier system recognized my number. I spoke to the operation she told me that I cab had not yet been allocated to me. I ststed I had been quoted 10 minutes and asked how much longer I must wait and she hung up on me.
The initial enquiry to the same woman suggested that I was conversing with someone with zero customer care skills.
Avoid cal 01273 205205 instead they arrivedin the 10 minutes quoted. Why bother with a second rate cab compny. No wonder Uber are doing so well
