Great job Streamily

It's from 2022 that I bought in this site and they were really there during the order and after. The shipping take the right time as always, the last one I feel to comunicate I had a lot of problem on the data processing, for a moment I thought I thought I lost it, but it's arrived save at my home. The flauto was not of Streamily or the APC courrier but my local courrier who did not uploaded in the time where the pack was. But, thinking about I take 6 prints from 2022 I never had a problem.

Steamily has completely let me down

I ordered my live signing May 3. I still have not received my product. I have asked for a refund 3 times now and am being completely ignored. I am so disappointed. I spent over $500 dollars and now it’s just gone.

Paying the most to get the worst

I LOVE being able to get autographs and in the beginning, the service was great. I’ve bought several over the years for Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss and been delighted with the results. However, the past year, especially the past few months, the service has been abysmal. I’m in Japan and I pay for the subscription but it seems to actually offer zero benefits and it’s actually been far worse since I’ve been spending more with them. The most recent issue has been with a talent not following signing requests (which I realise is at their discretion) but when it is so COMPLETELY different to what I asked and even comes off as oddly rude… I was pretty upset. Zero response from a human being in the time that I’ve sent emails.
I still have two orders outstanding and apparently paying more doesn’t mean you get shifted up the queue for signing. I’m worried if the orders will even show up at this point. I don’t usually write bad reviews but it seems like the only way to get them to notice is to do it here. I’m so disappointed and frankly angry.

I ordered a autograph from Andrew…

I ordered a autograph from Andrew wincott in March, were now in July and I Havant been givin any updates. I've email the support team dozens of times and no one has gotten back to me in 5 months. I watched Andrew sign my poster on live and that's the only update I've ever gotten. I Evan messaged them on Instagram someone did reach out asked for my order number and since then no one has gotten back to me and its been over a weak. I paid extra to get the best experience possible and it turns out I've lost all my money and my poster

Paid extra to wait longer.

To start off. I used to think really highly of this site, but since then, have broken my trust with this recent incident. I bought an autograph a month ago for a particular livestream that was supposed to happen that day. June 26th, 2024. The actor mentioned me by name in the live and acknowledged that the autograph had not come in yet, but said when it did, he would do another livestream to sign it. Not a problem. I understand life gets busy. And I’m not blaming him for this because I can look at the reviews on here of people going through the same thing in every other review. I didn’t mind waiting, but at this point, I’m wondering if Streamily even sent it to him at all. When I’ve tried to contact them, they basically say the same thing. They would be thinking that I paid for it to be signed on video only. And would say that it’s up to the actor if it’s bought for video only. I paid for it to be signed live. Despite the fact I paid extra only to wait longer. Every time I try to contact them for maybe some clarity or reassurance that my 77 dollars of my money didn’t just go down the toilet, they just send me a message that makes me feel like I’m talking to a brick wall and they do NOTHING to help me. I’m just about to ask them for a refund, but I really love this voice actor and would hate to miss the opportunity to have an autograph from him, but I feel like I’ve been scammed at this point. I will never use this site again after this.

Does Not Inform Customers or Offer Refunds

Purchased a signed off-screen autograph back in March. I received an email a month ago (June) to say it was completed. Still hadn’t been dispatched so contacted customer service for an update (late July). Was told that there was an issue with the print and it had been reordered in June. They did not inform me of this. I said that I had lost faith that the company was ever going to deliver what was purchased and I’d like a refund. I was told I couldn’t get a refund because it had already been processed. The company unfortunately charges a lot of money to mess you around and not deliver a product even months and months down the line. Would not recommend

In October my son purchased some merch…

In October my son purchased some merch that was to be signed by living tombstone. October 31 at he received an email stating it would be signed in 24 hours. They took his money and 9 months later he has nothing. And I tried to get help and I was told too bad

The Vox Voice Actor for the show Hazbin Hotel didn't follow special instructions despite it not being NSFW. I understand there's no obligation according to the website's ToS but like what the heck man. At least they didn't bend the poster.

Customer Service Success!

The overall selection of items was amazing, and I could tell a lot of time and effort went into coordinating everything with the talent.

The signing date of my item was unexpectedly delayed by two weeks, which left me needing to change the delivery address. I had to contact customer service, but they got back to me in a timely manner and helped me get my issue resolved with no problem!

I had been pretty worried using this website for the first time since I've never used anything like it (especially given the price of my purchase), but being able to work through this issue has given me a lot of confidence in Streamily. If I ever see something else I want on Streamily, I won't hesitate to grab it!

The flaws of Streamily...

As a first-time user of Streamily, I had high hopes for my experience with the platform, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. I encountered some challenges while trying to purchase a Chikn.nuggit print and have it signed on stream, which left me feeling disappointed with the overall process.

Firstly, I mistakenly selected the option to have my print signed off-camera instead of signed on stream. When I reached out to request a refund and re-submit my order, the response from Streamily's customer service was delayed, and it took nearly a week for them to address my concern.

This prolonged silence was frustrating, and when they finally responded, their explanation about technical limitations left me feeling unconvinced.

Furthermore, I was informed that the print I had ordered might not be signed live by the creator on stream, and I would need to pay an additional $12.00 to ensure that it gets signed. This unexpected request for extra payment seemed excessive and left me feeling dissatisfied.

Upon reading other reviews of Streamily, it appears that my experience is not unique, and there are common complaints about the platform's pricing and customer service. Many users have expressed frustration at the high cost of signed prints and mentioned encounters with rude customer service representatives.

As an enthusiast in the field of animation and content creation, I initially saw Streamily as a promising platform for engaging with fans and enjoying interactive experiences. However, the negative reputation and customer service issues have caused me to reconsider my opinion of the platform.

In my opinion, Streamily needs to address these concerns to maintain a positive image and retain its user base. Improved communication and transparency around the signing process, as well as fair and transparent pricing, would greatly enhance the user experience and help rebuild trust in the platform.

I hope that by sharing my feedback, Streamily can make the necessary improvements and provide a more positive experience for its users in the future.

TL;DR: My first experience with Streamily was disappointing. There were issues with purchasing a signed print and getting it signed on stream. Customer service was slow to respond, and I was asked to pay extra for the live signing. I found similar complaints in other reviews. Despite initially seeing Streamily as a great platform for fan engagement, these issues have made me reconsider. Streamily needs to improve its communication, transparency, and pricing to maintain a positive image and retain its user base.

Lack of reassurance

I placed an order for Steven Ogg's autograph as a birthday gift to myself for May. Later, I found out that he never signed the print with his actual signature, and it was shipped back to him. Since then, I have been in limbo regarding its whereabouts, and according to Streamily, I am not entitled to any specific details despite having paid for the print. It's not like I was asking for his address. I simply wanted to know whether the print was shipped directly to him with instructions or was just shoved in a P.O. box. Since then, most of the emails have been copy-paste AI messages that all say that I have to have patience and that it will ship as soon as it arrives. It's already 2 months past my birthday and I spent $85. At this point, I'm looking to get a refund and am currently trying to do so.

Would not recommend

Ordered a print for my brother and.....First I ordered a print in March and didn't get here until July. I wasn't in a rush so that's fine except you get an email every week trying to use scare tactics about the print not being signed live every week to try and get you to upgrade your original purchase for more money. Second, the artist, Brianna White, did finally sign it on stream but she was towards the end of her stream and said she was going to do a "speed round" on how many she could sign in 5 minutes or so. The print I ordered was signed in about 5 seconds. This was not what I expected at all for paying almost $70. Felt very impersonal and like my order was a chore that she was hurrying through. Price is about 4 times what it should be for what I received. Would not recommend.

Streamily is Legit But Needs to Work on It’s Customer Service and Updates

Update:
Thank you to streamily for replying. My order did arrive. I do think streamily needs to improve its communication and customer service. But, I am very happy to add this signature to my collection. Streamily is legit. They just need to be a little more transparent about timelines and updates. I’m leaving the old review up because I do think it’s a relevant part of the customer experience but I did change the review to four stars due to my item actually arriving. It’s not a scam. And the signature came out very nice. I did keep it not a 5 stars because of the communication issues but I do think streamily is worth supporting as a business.

Old review:
I feel like I’ve been scammed. The Rebecca Sugar signing was two months ago and there have been zero updates. Customer service has no information and just keep sending me the same copy pasted responses. There’s no ETA. Reminds me of a lot of small funko businesses that have scammed people over the past few years. They just waited customers out until it was too late to do chargebacks and kept all the money without sending out the orders. I hope that isn’t the case here but not a single update in 2 months is bad business. If this is how it works and signatures can take a long time they need to provide an ETA for off camera signings. Or else no one gets held accountable. I’m okay with waiting for my item to arrive. I just want to know what’s happening with my order. Transparency is everything.
