They don’t care

While waiting over a month for my order they had a sale, 10% off. I contacted customer service and asked if I could get the discount, as the item was still in stock. They said no. I asked if I could cancel the order, they said no. I asked my credit card if I could cancel the order (my first time doing this), they said yes, I guess because they actually care about keeping my business. So I got the 10% and also the other 90% back. Streamily customer service really just could not care less about you. I only wish my favorite creators had another platform for their products, and that I had read the reviews before trying to order from Streamily.

My daughter ordered a signed Jeremy…

My daughter ordered a signed Jeremy Jordan Hazbin Hotel autograph last MAY! 8 months ago. Every time I contacted them it was blamed on the "talent". I'm disgusted I didn't look up review before letting her part with quite a lot of her savings. She's only 12 years old and begged. Seems this company are scammers and take your money even when they cannot guarantee thr product. Absolute disgrace. Please don't ever order from them

Yet Again, Another Atrocious Experience.

Got charged for a membership that I didn’t know was a recurring billing. After going through MULTIPLE different steps to cancel I was told that there was no way I’d be able to get a refund once the membership was charged. So now my $10 was taken from me for something that I will not be using what so ever. I’ve had so many horrible experiences with this company I cannot believe a “professional” business is run like this. Great concept, executed horribly. I wish that you could actually just get the autographs from people you never would have been able to otherwise without having to ever deal with the HORRIBLE customer service this company provides. I wouldn’t be as mad about losing my $10 if every single experience I’ve ever had with this company wasn’t some of the worst I’ve ever had. I hadn’t even been charged in the last 24 hours before reaching out and just like that, my 10 bucks is gone. Do better.

Scam

I ordered an autograph 3 years ago and never received it, everytime i contacted support they always told me that everything was normal and that i should be patient but there has been at least 3 signing sessions or more since and never got news since. I even asked for a refund because i had enough but got denied any form of refund.... At this point it's just a scam...

Support Lied About Reminders + Actor Also Having Problems With Streamily

I placed an order for a digital audio shoutout from a voice actor from Helluva Boss on November 23rd to get myself something for my birthday in December. 3 weeks later, I messaged Customer Support to ask if they could send a reminder to the talent. They did not tell me they would do that and instead had me panicked by telling me they updated my special instructions without my consent. Thankfully, it turned out nothing had changed. (Side note: Customers cannot edit shoutout special instructions because the edit form is improperly coded to require certain fields that are greyed out because I was never asked those details when I checked out.)

I later sent two more Support inquiries. Both times they responded saying that the Talent Department was working with their partners and claimed that the talent receives email reminders, but neither replies were helpful. It also really bugged me that the 2nd one had treated my order like it was a physical product when they mentioned the warehouse, even though what I paid for was instead a digital audio file. I also asked about the possibility of a refund in my third attempt, but was told I had to wait at least 90 days for incomplete orders.

I then went to directly message the actor himself on social media to ask if I could get my audio shoutout. He responded and apologized for the whole situation that caused so much anxiety and explained to me that he's not able to see outstanding orders on his user interface, therefore actually had no idea about my order. He kept in contact with me over the weekend while he was at a con to let me know his schedule and ask me questions about my order. At first, he asked if I wanted either the recording or a refund and said both were easy. I asked for the recording because I still really wanted one. He later said that he would help me get both. On Monday night, he messaged me saying he made the recording and had sent it out to Streamily while requesting that that I receive both the audio file and a full refund (so I don't have to wait until late-Feb).

UPDATE: I got my shoutout finally from Streamily. I'm not changing my rating though. Waiting on the refund that the VA had also requested.

What also most pains me about this experience is I've received many orders from Streamily in the past and loved them all, so to get treated like this after being a long-time customer is upsetting.

This is the worst steaming package I have purchased in the last 20 years. As soon as there is a good football game on the system goes down for “ routine maintenance “.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

Had never heard of nor ordered from this site prior to placing my order on november 2nd 2024 thinking it would arrive within a few days so that it can be on time for my wife's birthday on nov 10th. Boy was i wrong i am still awaiting the signature so that the print can be shipped. Still no update and every time i ask its the same generic reply. They act like they have no contact with the talent when clearly they do because how else are they supposed to let them know they have things to be signed? I really wanted this for my wife but now i have to stand there like an idiot every time she asks. I promised her a good surprise for her birthday but she got nothing and that makes me extremely upset. They took my money and now im waiting like a frickin moron thinking i just might have gotten scammed. How hard can it be to sign something and ship it out? Signing it takes like two minutes and shipping it out isnt that hard either. I realize the talent is busy but they knew what they were getting into when they signed up with this website. Completely disappointed. DO NOT BUY THINGS FROM HERE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND MAKE YOU WAIT WEEKS OR EVEN MONTHS BEFORE ITS EVEN FRICKIN SIGNED. Will not be purchasing from this site again. Would give zero stars if i could.

Beyond slow and automated response

I have two autographs costing £152 approx in total. And not a single update. One is no longer available on there as if it is being hidden, another is from a voice actor who recently sent out different prints after. Absolute scam of a site. I doubt I'm even getting my recent one.

Six months with nothing but "they are happy to work with you" absolute liars that are beyond greedy. This site should be avoided.

Great...when things go well. (Updated)

I've ordered several prints from Streamily and they've arrived promptly after they're received by Streamily from the talent they're signed by. Twice now though, I've tried to get a signed print from Jeremy Jordan. The first time, the order wait exceeded the 90-day policy and I reached out, was refunded with no issue. Then I guess I was a fool and hopefully tried again with a different print—it's been over 90 days again with no sign of the print being signed and Streamily is ignoring specifically any email/ticket I send them about that order. A different ticket with an easier answer was responded to within a couple of hours. The ticket for my order from Jeremy Jordan has been sitting unresponded to for weeks now despite polite nudges from me.

It's really disappointing because up until this point, I was comfortable with the company and trusted their response time. Now I'm eying another order I have open and wondering if I should just try to cancel that one, too, before I have to go through my bank just to get a refund.

Update: I followed up on the response here and sent one more message to support asking for an update. Possibly because of the exchange here, I got a response this time! Weird coincidence, but the long-awaited order also completed about three hours later. I haven't received it yet because Streamily hasn't even received it yet, but it's progress! Bumped the review up a star as a result.

violating the law, rude customer service

this was by far the worst experience I ever had with an American business. My first two orders arrived with no issue but the third one got lost. So I wrote a polite request
Sienna from customer services pretended to be a bot and only gave standard replies two times, when I wrote back and requestet to talk to a human I got an extremely rude mail from Sienna saying she is a human and she is competent (which turned out to be not true). Sienna claimed that they are not liable as seller (in clear violation of international law) and that only APC could help. Then she proceded to make up lies about the orders whereabouts even though at this point I had had several phone calls with my local post and the tracking said something different. She refused to start an investigation(which my local post office needed), saying streamily is not responsible for anything. Eventually my Post Office was kind enough to write a statement that the order was lost (they usually dont do it but they saw how incredibly rude and unprofessional Sienna behaved) and when I forwarded it I got a refund with no further comment from Sienna. Even though what I was requesting was an investigation or the refund. This took weeks, lots of nerve and time. I have never encountered someone as unprofessional as this costumer service and I can not fathom how this person is allowed to work unsupervised. I was already talking to my legal representation to sue them. Streamily does not care about their customers, they openly violate the customer protection law and they use the most unprofessional person in their customer service. I will certainly never order there again and, if you arent an American with a legal dispute insurance, I discourage anyone from ordering there. If this was a business in my home country I would have reportet them already but the USA is far and I will not more waste time and money on this shady operation.

I registered for a family membership…

I registered for a family membership when I first bought a sign.
I was very happy that the product arrived safely at my home.
However, despite purchasing the product, $9.99 per month continues to be deducted.
I can't find the "subscription" when I check my order history.
Even if you contact the company, you will receive an unreliable reply.
If it continues like this, I will consult with the credit center and cancel it!

They asked for more money when I asked where my CD is

Ordered an unsigned CD 3 weeks ago. The website says those ship in 2-3 days. After waiting 2 weeks I emailed to ask what was going on. I received a reply asking for my order number. No problem, I sent it right away. Then it was crickets all week so I emailed again asking if there was an update and received a reply demanding $15 be sent to a personal PayPay account (even if that wasn't a huge red flag, the CD already cost $55 so I wouldn't be willing to pay more).
Update : they've finally printed a shipping label. Now to see if they actually ship it.

It's been a year...

Update Dec 10th: Apparently my order has been delivered but I have not accepted a parcel and when talking to the post office it can nowhere be found. To say I am absolutely disappointed doesn’t even cut it. I suppose it’s 200$ down the drain.

I ordered my print November 2023 and haven't received anything yet. I keep getting the same automated responses over and over. For almost 200$ that is absolutely unacceptable and very frustrating.

I didn't have the option to choose for it to be signed on camera, that specific print I wanted didn't offer it. And so this is the only excuse I get, again and again. I get that the talents are busy, but not getting any feedback on if I will ever receive it, if it got lost etc, is just not acceptable.

It was supposed to be a Christmas gift last year, I suppose it won't be one this year, either.
Very disappointed.

No Signature, No Refund

Ordered a print in August for Sera, said the off camera signing was in September. November now, and still hasn't been signed. Custom service is useless, just telling me 'Off camera signing means they do it at their leisure.'. No, it was a scheduled event I bought well before of, and it was not signed! And of course they refuse to refund me!

2 years and still haven’t received my order

Ordered an autograph for a friend’s birthday two years ago and still haven’t received the order! Whenever I enquired I was always promised it would be fulfilled at the next signing (obviously this never happened). Please don’t order from this company as you don’t receive your order, just upset and empty promises.
