Mark is a great at what he does

Mark is a great at what he does. I was with him for a few months and I must say the results were amazing. My run time, benchpress and every aspectofmy fitness has improved to a standard which is very satisfying. It's unfortunate I can't continue die to injuries, but I will definitely be recommending my friends to them. And looking to start again in the future

Excellent fitness service

A results driven and fun, enjoyable team.

I’ve been using Rich and Mark since January to help with a weight loss goal and improve general health and fitness. The guys are amazing. I’ve lost a stone and a half and feel better than ever. The sessions are always interesting and varied. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get the best out of themselves.

Well worth it!!!

I contacted strealth to learn how to power clean, I was invited to there very nice gym , and felt welcome as soon as I got there, rich was very talkative which settled my nerves straight away.
The first session was simply rich having a look at different lifts and movements , which I realised after was to ensure I was capable of learning the power clean straight away, this assessment was free, I thought this was brilliant as he wasn’t going to waste my time or his teaching me something I wasn’t ready to learn.
The following sessions were brilliantly structured the lift was broken down into bite size bits, and the feedback was really good.
I’m definetly going to keep using strealth in the future , it was a very good decision for my future lifting I highly recommend trying them

Fantastic!

Rich, Mark and the team at Strealth have been instrumental in providing me with all I need to improve my fitness. They’re a great team and listen to any concerns you may have, adjusting your training to suit what you’re looking to achieve. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic remote PT for WFH

As someone who spends most of my day at a desk I have a tendency to become sedentary, put on weight and develop back problems. I find that the sessions that I have with Rich and Mark help with all of these issues.

Every session is different, and tailored so that the exercises help to improve one or more aspects of my health. Among other things they might focus on stamina, strength, core stability, flexibility etc...

Rich and Mark are both really nice guys and understand that exercise can be a very scary thing for people like me. They make sure that the tempo of the sessions is just right so that I work up a sweat but don't end up being a zombie for the rest of the day!

One of the things that I find most convenient about them is that they can run sessions remotely. This means that I can get all the benefits of a PT session without having to leave my house. I don't even need any equipment.

If, like me, you work from home and struggle to stay active and healthy then I would strongly encourage you to give Strealth a go.

Highly recommended for beginners and injury recovery

I have been having personal training sessions with Rich for around 2 years now, initially to help me recover from an ankle injury and then working towards personalised health and fitness goals. Rich helped me to evaluate my eating habits and set some healthier goals. Our review of the past week at the start of each session helps me to keep focussed on my goals and enables Rich to personalise the session. As a lady in my late 40s, my physical health is fluctuating and changing. Rich listens to my challenges, adapts each session accordingly and checks in frequently throughout, providing alternative movements if I am finding a particular move difficult or painful. Rich has a deep knowledge of the body's physical structure and mechanics and this has helped me to understand what I might be experiencing and how movement and exercise can help to improve things. My sessions have included balance, strength, cardio work and stretches to improve muscle tightness. Rich is encouraging and motivating and provides helpful feedback on how I can improve a movement. He is extremely personable and I would highly recommend Rich, and the Strealth team, to anyone who is starting out on their fitness journey or who is needing support to recover from an injury.

Rich is great!

Rich is personable, warm and easy to talk to. He has many years of experience and is extremely knowledgeable. I mainly have experience of group sessions with him and they were a great combination of fun and challenge! Couldn’t recommend him enough!

If you are looking for results

If you are looking to be challenged, get fit, train for a certain event, lose weight or make some life style changes then I can’t recommend Richard more highly. Richard takes time to understand your objectives and Taylor’s and delivers a program to achieve them. His knowledge in training and nutrition is second to none.

Nothing but praise to give

Have been training with Richard at Stealth for some time and have nothing but praise for him.
I have had lots of physical challenges that Richard has worked with to put me in the best physical condition before an operation and is now brilliantly supporting my recovery.
1:1 sessions are challenging and fun and the home work out plans keep me on track. Always delivered with support, adaptivity and a sense if humor.

I would recommended Strealth to anyone.

Training is not just for the young

I had been training with Rich on and off for over 10 years .Then I reached 50 and my body was starting to hurt through one thing and another so decided to go back to him and I have now trained with him for over 3 years continuously and everything is now as it should be with greatly improved mobility and strength

Personal Trainer Experience

I have been under Rich’s guidance for some 17 years now and always found him very knowledgeable as well as encouraging. Due to a wide range of illnesses in recent years I have needed to change my exercise regime but Rich has always managed to adapt as required.

An excellent personal training offer

Really pleased with the personal training from the team at Strealth. Rich knows me well. He builds my sessions around my ability, all the time getting me to do more than I ever could training on my own. He's extremely flexible, training me in the gym and online. I remember how we moved seamlessly from in person to online training one week to the next when covid lockdown kicked in. Rich lent me equipment. Most kind!

The offer includes access to nutrition information and physiotherapy. There's a very friendly vibe at the gym. They have put up with my music play list endlessly!

I can't recommend the team at Strealth enough if you're looking for a functional fitness partnership!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ you won’t regret it!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have been training with Rich and Mark at Strealth for 18+ months and I love it! They have brought the joy back to my training regime and it’s paying off. We went back to basics initially focusing on mobility and body weight movements, improving my flexibility significantly. More complexity followed and now I feel fitter, more flexible and look forward to every session.
Highly recommend team Strealth. 🏋️‍♂️

Highly recommend - thank you!

I started training with Rich and Mark in September, which was my first time with a PT. They have both been great - cheerful and very knowledgeable. I’ve really enjoyed all of the sessions (which has been a surprise!) and the element of accountability has been a massive benefit. I would absolutely recommend FF and I can’t wait to see how I feel this time next year.

Although I've only just started my…

Although I've only just started my journey with these lads I'm really impressed with the level of personal service I've received so far.

I've been trying to crack my fitness and weight problems for a fair bit now. Having gone through a really comprehensive full-scale assessment with Richard I'm confident that 2025 will be the year for lasting change.

Knowledgeable, experienced, skilled and totally professional Richard has a really great setup that inspires confidence.

Strealth Review

Rich was recommended to me by a friend, and following initial baselining and goal setting he provided me with a tailored programme. I train at home and with the Strealth team once a week, and in my 40s I am now the strongest I have ever been. No two sessions are the same, but they are always challenging and fun - I particularly love learning new skills like handstands, pull ups and monkey bars - it's never too late!
