We know that effective teambuilding activities mean much more than a fun outing or team event. They’re the foundation of enhanced performance, not just for the company as a whole, but for each individual who participates.

This is especially meaningful now, when many teams and departments are split across multiple locations and companies are embracing remote or hybrid work models. People aren’t getting that valuable opportunity to touch base, bond, and get to know each other better – which means companies are suffering from poor teamwork and a deteriorating workplace culture.

But where can you find a teambuilding activity that actually walks the walk and gets those results, instead of leaving everyone more stressed and divided than they were before? That’s where we come in, with diverse customizable programs that are being used by over 1,500 companies worldwide, including Google, Amazon, Microsoft, eBay, Oracle, and more.

We help companies build better teams and workplaces, with interactive activities designed to encourage outside-the-box thinking while improving collaboration, communication, creativity, and problem-solving.

Overall Customer Service and Engagement

Initial email I received a response in a timely manner. Was connected with our account manager aka Virtual Trivia Host. Shen(Ashley) was GREAT answered all my questions, billed timely, engaged with team during virtual event and had a cheerful fun personality throughout!

An excellent socially distanced adaptable option for some outdoor fun!

Problem: Find an outdoor, socially distanced, team building option for our twenty person strong company of varying ages (25-62), that everyone will enjoy and would be able to participate in.

Solution: Hire Strayboots for a 1hr and 15min scavenger hunt on the deCordova grounds in Lexington, MA!

Execution: The highlight of our company outing was the ability to work on a challenge outside, keeping a safe distance together on small teams, while experiencing the unparalleled beauty of the outdoor sculpture garden at the deCordova. We broke into five teams, and used our phones to find sculptures, take pictures, and answer trivia. It was So. Much. Fun.

Super Easy way to engage employees in a fun interactive game!

Different functions/departments in our company have participated in Strayboots' Scavenger Hunts as part of their team building events. Of course this was prior to March 2020 when COVID-19 hit and in-person activities was no longer possible. The need to keep staff engaged while we all work remotely was even more important and luckily Strayboots has a number of options to achieve that. We opted for the Trivia Game and the feedback from employees has been great. It was fun, engaging, a wonderful distraction, allowed staff to be on teams with staff from other functions. From the perspective of the person who put together the logistics of the game, Strayboots is VERY easy to work with, they are very flexible and accommodating. Strayboots does all the heavy lifting and it was all very seamless. I highly recommend Strayboots for both their virtual team building and "in-person" activities (the latter of course once it is safe for people to gather in groups).

Thank you!

Ido from Strayboots hosted an hour of Trivia for our group of college students. The trivia was fun, quick-paced, covered a range of subjects, and was appropriately challenging. The students had a great time, and we loved seeing all the funny photos at the end!
