Working with Joey from Strawberry has been a pleasure. He has allowed me to identify my strengths, given me direction, and keeps me on task all while ensuring that I'm kind to myself. My confidence and self esteem has increased immensely!

I did not appreciate "Coaching" a lot but my wife said to give it a try. I tried and its been working really well with encouraging me, keeping me focused and positivly making me feel that Im progressing towards what I find important.

My coach (Shyla) has helped me immensely! We have been diving deep into navigating the job market and issues that come up in the work space. This is more relevant as I had just moved countries. Really helped me feel un-stuck and will continue my sessions.

What I really enjoy about working with my coach at Strawberry is that she took the time to really understand where I'm at in my life and what I'm passionate about in my career pursuits. From there, helping me to identify a strategy around what my possibilities are and thinking through them has helped me think through my process and strategy.

I had been getting targeted ads for about a year before I decided to give strawberry.me a try. I assumed it was specifically for people looking to transition careers until I saw an ad that suggested it was broader than that. In my case I wanted to grow faster and navigate a shift in leadership in my current role.

I really appreciated the thorough onboarding that ensures you're assigned a coach who truly is a fit for your needs. Cassandra has been incredible. She’s given me the confidence and clarity to step into more leadership at work, while also helping me become more intentional with my time outside of it. Through our sessions, I’ve gained a much better understanding of what I truly care about and what I need more of in my life. For the first time in a long time, it feels like I’m making meaningful progress across multiple areas of my life at once. What’s been especially valuable is that the progress feels natural rather than overwhelming. Together, we break things down into clear, attainable weekly goals, and having both the structure and accountability through her has been key for me. It’s helped me build momentum in a way that feels sustainable and aligned with the life I actually want to create.

I also really enjoy the platform where I can track my progress and complete exercises my coach assigns me. This seems like such a young company so I really didn't expect such a polished experience. Highly recommend!

The coach herself was great. The customer service was not. I had to pause my account, after which I got zero notification that my pause had ended, and zero notification that I would be charged again. I have essentially been charged for two months, almost $600, with zero coaching. Will not recommend.

I have been searching for something to jump into after being dissatisfied with my previous role. My coach was able to help me figure out what is truly important to me. Simple conversations were picked apart and certain things were brought to light which in the end help me answer my own questions and what I want to do in my next chapter. Having an unbiased coach is a great tool to vent and let things out while they are able to pinpoint what is truly important.

My coach's approach to self development and career navigation has been exactly what I've needed. Carly helps me confront the core mental obstacles that have typically held me back and explore new ways of putting my experiences, interests, and strengths to good use. This is very high value counseling and well worth the investment.

Overall I did have a good time with my expert. He was able to help guide me and sort out some of my thoughts. I do not know if this is a really good source for figuring out what you are interested in doing next, it's more like helping you plan when you already know what you really want to do next. If you are stuck and are unsure whether you should continue the same career or change paths then they may help a little bit but ultimately that'll be your decision.

I am disturbed by how heavily and relentlessly Strawberry advertises itself on social media. I am also disturbed by their heavy use of AI, where the consent is not always so clear, such as recording sessions and summarizing answers you put into intake forms and other exercises. The two combined, including its use of AI videos in its ads and how janky the platform can be sometimes, shows that this is a classic, haphazardly assembled quick bang-for-buck direct-to-consumer business model. Not to mention its questionable and difficult billing practices.
But there is good too - the best part is the actual human coaches, which can be a hit or miss. And you are given the chance to try until you pick the right one. To summarize - the whole thing feels like a slapdash AI wrapper operation, but the humans on the platform can truly be helpful as life and career coaches. I would just prefer to work with them away from Strawberry's platform.

I love my coach! I don’t know what kind of algorithm they use to match people off of just a few questions but we clicked immediately. It feels like getting advice from a friend who knows more but patiently listens, gives advice and nudges you where appropriate. Definitely holds me accountable when I get lazy but I appreciate that. Definitely recommend!

I heard about this company on a Stanford Business School podcast. This company does not have a phone number for customer service. If you have questions about scheduling and billing that need to be resolved, you'll need to have those conversations solely via email with a billing person or a bot (not sure). The coach has nothing to do with billing.

Its like therapy for your career. You need to put the effort to see results, but, the guidance helps you get to the best option you can think of for you. Worth it!

My coach Julie is incredible. Her support by listening and asking the right questions have been very effective. I'm going through our sessions and clearing up the action plan for myself. Highly recommend anyone who feel lost or stuck in their career journey.

Working with a coach through Strawberry.me has exceeded my expectations. I was able to view coaches, their backgrounds and focus, so I could choose someone I felt would relate to my background. My coach has been excellent at encouraging me to look at things from a different perspective, focus on directing myself, as well as help me build my self confidence back to where it needs to be. Strawberry.me makes finding a coach and getting started really easy. I’ve had great experience making breakthroughs that keep moving me forward because of the questions asked by my coach.

This a professional platform for coaching. Although I wasn't sure how virtual coaching might work, it did work perfectly and here is why: I recently started working with Clifton C. on Strawberry.me, and after just four sessions I can already see a meaningful difference in how I approach networking and how I present myself in the market.

I work in foreign language instruction and translation — not exactly the industries Clifton typically operates in — yet he was able to genuinely relate to my specific concerns and needs from day one. Hi is expertise doesn't stop at the intellectual level. He is compassionate, truly caring, and present in every session. He doesn't just talk about confidence and authentic communication — he embodies it in the way he actually interacts with you. That consistency between what he coaches and how he shows up is rare and genuinely impactful.

Four sessions in, my networking approach feels sharper and my self-confidence in the job market has grown noticeably. I'm looking forward to continuing the work. Highly recommend Clifton.
