Poor shipping and communication!
Ordered a product and no info on shipping a tracking number nor arrival date ! Will not order again from them you order an item because you need it not to keep looking if it shipped or not atleast up date the consumer on the status !Most items ship that day or the next and atleast gives you an update on the progress !

Very happy with the quality of the footwear has by far outlasted any previous work trainers
The decorators trousers again really good quality, excellent size range so resulting in an excellent fit I also really like the slight stretch in the waist I’m a 31/32 in between so a 31 with a bit of elasticity gives me personally the perfect fit without the need for a belt which I just can’t get used to wearing whilst working! I think price wise they are extremely competitive with all things considered I think all there work wear is excellent value for money! Oh and love the style choice very nicely designed, in fact they are almost the designer version of workwear…in my humble opinion!

Expensive but you get what you pay for…
Expensive but you get what you pay for and these are absolute quality. The flexi belt makes these the most comfortable work trousers on the market. Have been wearing this brand for 10 years would wear anything else.

Sizes have changed since I last…
Sizes have changed since I last ordered. Previously bought 34 trousers and shorts and the new ones I bought are to tight in the legs and shorts don’t have any flex in them

Disappointing after care
Disappointment so far with Strauss. Ive ordered a lot of workwear in the past and more recently some work boots that fell apart after an unacceptably short period or time and was advised I hadn’t selected a hard wearing enough boot. I was recommended another type and so bought that and it has came apart at the seams. Im currently in the middle of dealing with it but there seems to be no sense or urgency from customer service to sort this reasonably and they just keep asking what I have used to treat the leather rather than addressing the fact they have fallen apart at the seams. The boot clearly is not fit for purpose and this should be a straight forward response but the responses from customer service are disappointing. Hopefully they will resolve this soon.

Quality
Only time I've ever had to return a straus product was down to me ordering wrong leg length. Returned and right size reordered no problem. Products are good had loads of work stuff from socks and trainers to chain saw pants and coats. Only issue you won't get next day delivery generally takes a few days as clears customs etc. but well worth the wait!
