Really pleased with the service Strathclyde windows provided. I would highly recommend Alan and the team to anyone looking to replace their tenement windows.

I recently purchased new windows for a flat. I found Strathclyde windows to be professional, reliable, knowledgeable and the windows are of exceptional quality. I would certainly recommend this company particularly with such an important investment in your property.

We contacted Strathclyde Windows based on reviews from previous happy customers and we were not disappointed. I felt good about this company from the start. Alan was brilliant with customer service from the start and there was no long winded sales talk or hard sell which we had experienced from other companies. At the start i was anxious about a couple of issues but Scott put my mind at rest and both he and Del did an amazing job. They were very efficient and tidy and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Thanks guys, I just love my windows!!!

Fantastic service from this company, my windows are in over six months issue free couldn't be happier. Saving around 40% on my electricity bills from having windows that are properly fitted and sealed best decision ever. These guys did the job quickly with no mess

Delighted to be able to make a 5 Star review - they are all too rare these days. Alan pulled out all the stops, without a moments hesitation, to help us with a difficult problem. We were completely new customers and you would not normally expect a supplier to drop everything to help you, but that is what they did. We will never look further Strathclyde Windows and can thoroughly recommend.

Before approaching Strathclyde Windows I did a lot of research and met with several reps from various companies but alas, as was often the case, salesmen wanted to spend an inordinate period of time in my home, giving me the hard sell, ‘calling their bosses’ outwith my presence, in order to ‘get me the best quote possible’.
Meeting with Alan from Strathclyde Windows was such a refreshing change. He was very helpful and took on board all of my very specific requirements. This was going to be a big job, a considerable financial outlay for me and I really needed it to be perfect. I wanted to have exterior black sills and frames with white windows in order to maintain the existing, original appearance of my home. Alan openly and honestly admitted that the company had never installed windows to that specification before but was confident that they could accommodate my request. He satisfactorily answered my many questions and never once made me feel under any pressure to place an order. He left me feeling reassured that this was a company I could trust and I was not disappointed.
Scott visited me soon after, to measure my 15 windows, further gaining my trust, with his professionalism and efficient manner.
On day one of the installation Scott, Derek and Gary arrived promptly and worked relentlessly. They were in my house for a whole week but at no point did I find that overly intrusive. The guys were courteous and polite, friendly and approachable and on time every morning. My old property presented more than a few challenges to the installation team and where required, they involved me in any small changes they felt were needed, going above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with their work. At the end of every day they cleared up and even vacuumed my carpets! I cannot praise these guys highly enough. Super efficient. Throughout the week Alan kept in touch with me, by phone and by visiting the job, adding to my positive impression of this company. He made me fully aware of the post installation service and encouraged me to call if there was anything at all that concerned me, moving forward.
I am truly delighted with the completed work, which turned out even better than I had dared imagine and I would have no hesitation in recommending Strathclyde Windows to others.

Excellent sevice all round. Quick estimate service with no hard sell. Price was extremely competitive, Windows arrived and were installed exactly at the time promised. This impressed me as neighbours had to wait an additional 3 months for their new windows to be installed given global supply chain issues.

The 2 installers did an excellent job installing the windows going the extra mile and handling some tricky problems during the process. Blinds had to be moved for 1 window installation which they did neatly. As an unnecessary apology, I was given a signed Aberdeen FC strip (I am a Don!) fot this 'inconvenience'. This is not something you'd see from CR Smith I suspect.

I cannot recommend Strathclyde Windows highly enough. 6* out of 5 from me.

An excellent company….from ordering new windows and doors right through to their installation. Very professional service from Scott and Derek who take great care and pride in their work….perfectionists! I choose this company from many others by reading the positive reviews….I am delighted with the quality and fit of the windows & doors and have no hesitation in recommending Strathclyde Windows to others.

Called about a broken bathroom window handle and Alan was able to give me some free advice on the phone as to how to fix it. It worked a treat! Great when someone takes the time to help you out like this and saved me money and time. Many thanks for all your help.

Excellent. Really good service from alan and the team throughout.
I would recommend strathclyde windows to others as they are different from other companies we had approached. No hard sell, no hidden costs, no 3hr consultation. Just straight forward, honest and efficient. Installers were also very friendly and provided a quality finish. They took particular care to not damage the exterior render around the window frames, which was in poor condition. Aftersale was also very good. Alan got back immediately and made sure were well looked after.

Just had new windows installed by Scott and Derek, excellent job would highly recommend this company. Windows are as promised and the skills of Scott and Derek made it a really good experience. All mess was completely cleared by them and they were friendly and helpful throughout.

Absolutely delighted with our new patio doors and windows! What a difference they make! The guys came and were really efficient and very friendly answering any questions we had. Would strongly recommend!

Can't rate this company enough, first class service and very professional. I was quoted for windows £1000 less than another company, the installation and attention to detail was second to none, I only wish we had found them a few years ago when we got the front of the house installed. I had Strathclyde Windows out to replace my windows and I honestly can't fault them. They turned up on time, put dust sheets down to keep everything tidy, worked away and weren't any bother at all. You can really feel the difference in the new windows, much warmer, and they look brilliant. Peter and Brian couldn't be nicer guys too.
