Never answer their emails, customer service is a disaster. Prehistoric platform, Thank God they are closing, what a joke of a brokerage firm!
I have an account with Strateo and they are being taken over by Saxo in April. In the meantime customer service has disappeared, no one answers the phone or responds to emails.
I use this broker during 12 month. I was satisfied by the service, which is fast, always responding to my request in a good manner and in less than 48h.
Pricing is transparent and pricing sheet is accurate, you may not face suprise.
Anyway I decide to leave for these reason:
Like almost all swiss broker, fees are 8 to 24 more expensive than out of swiss broker.
For french stock, tax sheet fees are very expensive to protect you from double-tax. You may not trade french asset with this broker.
I was enable to transfer all my stock, some of them are not-nominative, clearly mean the broker is betting against customer with option. I was forced to sell them to finalise account closure process.
