(according to the CA Secretary of State records prior to December 2025). Additionally, referenced is another company “BLUEPRINT ONE” WHICH IS ALSO AKA…Nonna Homes ADU Constriction Inc. NONNA ADU AND CONSTRCTION INC of Rancho Cordova, Sacramento, CA abruptly closed their operations December 23, 2025, without any resolve to the clients.
In DECEMBER 2025, DAVE SIMMONS LEFT THE COMPANY WITH $950,000.00 OF UNPAID INVOICES TO CONTRACTORS, VENDORS AND CLIENTS ON THE ADU PROJECTS.
THE CLIENT TRUST ACCOUNTS for NONNA HOME ADU UTILIZING CERUM SOLUTIONS FOR CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR THE CLIENT’S FINANCIAL RECEIVABLES WAS DEPLETED OF ALL FUNDS AND THERE ARE OVER 30 PROJECTS THAT CANNOT BE COMLETED DUE TO THE FUNDS NO LONGER IN THE NONNA HOMES ACCOUNTS FOR COMPLETION OF THE CONSTRUCTION OR FOR REFUNDING TO THE CLIENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION COMPLETION.
THE PROJECTS, AND THE CLIENTS WERE ABANDONED WITHOUT RESOLVE OR COMPLETION.
IN LIGHT OF THIS OCCURRENCE, ALL EMPLOYEES WERE FORCED TO GO HOME ABRUPTLY ON DECEMBER 23, 2025. MANY OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE NOT PAID THEIR FINAL PAYCHECK, PTO, EXPENSES, AND COMPANY CHARGES THAT WERE CHARGED AGAINST THE EMPLOYEE.
CLIENT PROJECT FUNDS HAD BEEN REQUESTED IN LARGE RECEIVABLES EARLY INTO THE PROJECTS AND THE FUNDS PAID INTO THE COMPANY WERE IN THE MILLIONS. THE FUNDS WERE DEPLETED AND THE FUNDS TO COMPLETE CLIENT PROJECTS WERE NO LONGER AVAILABLE TO COMPLETE THE BUILD OF THE CLIENT’S ADU. THERE IS A MULTITUDE OF INCOMPLETE PROJECTS AND STRANDED CLIENTS WITHOUT THEIR FUNDS TO COMPLETE THEIR PROJECTS AND NO CONTRACTORS WILLING TO DO FURTHER WORK ON THEIR PROJECTS SINCE THEY WERE NOT PAID FOR PRIOR WORK.
