This company is a scam. I never received the product I ordered. They claimed they shipped it to me but sent me a tracking number for another product. Each communication was a runaround. Do not order from them, EVER.

I ordered a necklace on line (something I never do!) however I thought the necklace was lovely. Money was instantly taken out of my account. 16 days later NOTHING. NO CONTACT. NO INFORMATION. NO NECKLACE. NOTHING NOT HAPPY . I DOUBT I WILL HEAR FROM YOU. PROVE ME WRONG?????!!!

BEWARE OF Straseapoit: Spread the word around. If you see this company on social media and their product seems reasonably priced, DO NOT purchase from them. Their pictures are deceptive. The product is not at all what you see in the pictures. I saw some cleaning cloths for lint and streak cleaning on glass and thought they would be good for our shower doors. I only purchased 2 to try them out. In the picture they are bigger than your hand, size of cleaning cloths you would expect. I received them and they are the size of a napkin, big enough to blow your nose on! That is all they are worth. They contacted me once I basically complained about them, wanted information, told them the size of the cloths so I measured one which was 9x7, found the second one last night and it turns out to be 7x7, both not even the same size which is STUPID and a sign of a deceptive, cheating lying, SCAM company. Thank goodness I only spent $12.
Getting a refund is like pulling teeth as they say. They state the refund has been processed, it NEVER has. They told me it was refunded to the account with Hxxxxx.com email address, that is not even my email. So they refunded to someone else? I called them on it and they still say it was refunded to the correct account. I ask them to verify the cards last 4 digits they refunded to, they refused which I understand as they are lying and refuse to be honest.
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE SORRY LIKE I HAVE BEEN.

I ordered the lint free, Straka free cleaning cloths along with many others. Except,, I ordered 10! My credit card was charhed$50.28 I finally received my so called order, which is nothing more than 10 pieces of dark Grey felt! I am NOT a happy person!

I made a purchase. it never reached me. I reported it but to send the item back they asked me for money and I didn't accept.

Once again I got tricked into ordering something being shipped from China. 5-7 days was supposed to be when received. It's been 9 days and still in China. Which means another 2 weeks minimum. Depending on quality I may just send it back because I'm so disgusted with the whole process.

I ordered from them. They shipped item "supposedly". I paid extra for shipping insurance. a month later, I noticed item never arrived. I work from home, nobody ever tried to deliver. Long story short, I think there was customs issue and they needed extra money paid for customs be delivering. I was never alerted to this from anyone. Ok so product is being returned to them. So I order again because I was in a rush, I am leaving for a trip in one month. 3 weeks later, they STILL NEVER SHIPPED the 2nd order. At this point, ive asked for my money back from both orders. They refuse to refund me. Instead they said my current order is too late to cancel... no its not. and my 1st order I would have to pay them to ship another one. PAY THEM. I paid for shipping insurance and they want more money. Scam scam scam. Their customer support is so so so bad that I highly recommend to avoid them.

Great clothes , Great prices.

I placed an order with Straseapoit for some Microfibre dish cloths. It wasn't until I paid using PayPal that I discovered the cost was in US dollars. I immediately cancelled my order but they will only refund me $5 instead of the $40 that I paid. They claim the order had been mailed out which is impossible and untrue. My advice: DO NOT buy from this site!

Excellent quality shirt, great fit and durable.

SCAM and a terrible company to buy from. The product does not apply like the video suggest. The color is way off and when applied it looks awful. I contacted the company and explained that I wanted the full refund advertised . They wanted a picture of the item SJU which I gave them. Then I was told I had received the item I ordered. I replied I wanted the refund. I was sent a $2 refund. $24 down the drain.

Its a SCAM, please dont waste your money on this product. It does not work. you can find the same product on AliExpress for next to nothing. I payed for insurance for my items and its also been a waste. I have Emailed them several times to return the product and they have not once given me the option to do so eventhough it sais i can on the sales page "Dear Customer, purchase any product here and try it in the comfort of your own home for 14 days.
If for whatever reason you're not completely satisfied, then return the product within 14 days!"

All these similar producst are also a scam from other website you will find them all onAliexpress.

Please avoid them and research first. This is a total waste of money and a SCAM. The boxes of the product are not even the same as their webpage nor the bottle.
