I ordered a product and paid via COD since I was skeptical of the website. They did deliver the package, but it was not open-box delivery — so I had no way to verify the contents before paying.
They sent a completely different, cheap product. Not a cheap replica — straight up trash.
I reached out on the WhatsApp number listed on their website since calls weren’t going through. No response for a long time. Eventually they agreed to send a replacement, which gave me some hope — but the replacement never came. I kept asking for at least a tracking number for the new shipment.
Nothing. Complete silence.
Avoid this website.

They send cheap and different product against what was ordered from their site. To build confidence they will call you for confirmation.
